The process and the service exceeded my expectations as they were very professional and convenient. The technician was actually a little early for the appointment and he was extremely courteous and easy to talk to. He was thorough in his inspection and his work was top notch. It was very apparent that he enjoyed his job, and he took extreme pride in his work. This will be the only company I will consider for any future garage door needs. Keep up the great work!

The service representative was very friendly and helpful. More importantly he was honest. What I thought was a problem was not and he told me that. Instead of charging me for a repair I did not need, I paid for a service call and received some good information about my garage door and the motor that I am using. If I ever need service I will be calling Precision rather than the company I was using before. Thank you.

When I called Precision Garage door, it was initially because they don’t have ‘out of normal hours’ charges, and what a relief. My technician, Derek, was extremely professional and very nice. I have technical repair experience myself, and he didn’t talk down to me, and explained everything. Even showed me the springs and parts he had that were available to be used for my setup. Went with the upgrades, and I am 100% confident this will last me a long time. The warranty is also excellent, even if I think it’s unlikely I’ll need warranty service! I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who needs service, or a new install. The price is absolutely worth the peace of mind. Thank you!

We received top notch service in every way. Our opener failed on a Sunday and a service call was promptly set up for Monday morning. I choose based off of a google search and recognized the name from advertising that I had seen. I had called the previous company that I had used and they never bothered to return my phone call. I called Precision late morning and by mid afternoon the service technician was onsite. Clearly explained the issue and provide options for repair which was done quickly. Dustin really went above and beyond as my family was dealing with some issues this day. Hats off to him and Precision for a job well done.

I had Precision Door Columbus come out because I had questions about my 21 year old garage door motor. Joe answered all my questions. He was on time, courteous and professional. I ended up buying a new belt drive motor and Joe had it installed in less than 2 hours. He even switched the door sensors because the sun often prevented the sensors from working. Making the appointment was quick and easy with the courteous customer service person. I called in the morning and Tim, the Service Technician, arrived on time in the afternoon. In a matter of minutes the problem was diagnosed and resolved. In addition, Tim checked out the door opener and performed a safety check. Everything was in good working order and the best of all, the service was covered under the garage door opener warranty. Tim was very personable, polite and knowledgeable. David S. is a personable and professional technician who was able to diagnose an intermittent condition that caused unreliable and frustrating operation of our garage door. David also pointed out deficiencies with the existing door components that deterred the effective operation of the door, and that placed undue burdens on the opener. His explanations of the issues were logical and easy to understand. David proposed a number of possible solutions that allowed us choose a cost effective resolution to our problems. He installed a new opener and performed an overhaul of the door components that provided the best warranty for our budget. And additionally, he got everything done within tight time restraints that allowed us to meet our personal obligations. When he left our home, I told him that his employer wasn’t paying him enough! David’s knowledge and workmanship created our loyalty to Precision Garage Doors.
