Excellent service, Alex was on time, it turned out that I needed a new garage door opener and he had all of the things he needed to put it in in his truck. Alex install the new garage door opener well within the time he quoted and I love my new garage door opener I am very happy with precision garage door opener’s I highly recommend them.

Setting up the appointment was easy. No long wait on the phone and very nice lady the rep who was able to accommodate us with the schedule. Alex was the tech who worked on our garage doors. He was very professional, courteous, respectful and most important, he knew what he was doing and he did it right. Alex gave us good suggestions without us asking for it. Good communication, work was done fast. He doesn't waste time. We are very pleased with the service received.

Alex gave us our quote and was our installer. Alex was able to add insight to questions that arose. He handled the install with ease and we now have a fully functioning, attractive door. I like that the tech who does the quote is also the tech who does the installation. Alex was professional, friendly, and polite. I will be recommending Precision in general and Alex in particular to friends. My only negative about the company is that it can take several people before you get to the one you need.

You did a great job of resolving our broken spring problem. The spring broke at 24-years old & the bearings were quite worn. Alex responded quickly to our call (actually was able to come early) & identified all the issues with the support system. We were quite pleased with his work. We would call you again.

I would give your company a 5 star rating. The young man was very professional and provided helpful information. Once the decision was made he completed the work, cleaned up and provided instructions on the use of the new Precision garage door opener. I have used your company before and have always been pleased with the service. This was all taken care of on the 4th of July after lighting caused issues with my garage door opener.

all went well but have a problem with my other door remote not working after reprogramming 3 cars. for both remotes[old door and new door] all doors operate from all 3 cars but for some reason the old door remote won't work. I have a call info help

My service was performed May 3, 2018. My Technician was Alex--he called before he came (just as I was promised by the office), he was even a little earlier than the predicted time slot, he was polite and stood and listened while I explained my problem with the garage door. Then, he informed me that he would check my door and see what could be wrong. About 10 or 15 mins. later he informed me what he thought it might be and what my choices were, along with the cost. I choose what I wanted to do and he said we'll try that and if that doesn't work then we'll have to go ahead and do the other. He went right to work and my door was repaired. Afterwards, he explained what he did and explained about the age of my motor and that it might need to be replaced and I should start thinking about that. When I decided or need to replace the motor, be sure to give him a call and he'll be glad to install it for me.

We called to have our garage door fixed on a Sunday afternoon and Precision was able to come the next morning at 8am! Alex was our serviceman and he was not only friendly and courteous, he was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was super helpful and knew exactly what to do. He even checked our sensor lights and cleaned off some corrosion to get them to work appropriately! We would absolutely use Precision Door again!

Had a great experience with these guys. Called at 6pm and they had Alex onsite promptly at 8am the following morning! He was professional, friendly, and explained the repair he was completing. I had an old Craftman garage door opener that wouldn't open or close. I thought it was the door that was causing the issue, but nothing was operating even with the door unattended. I called PDS on a Sunday, stated my issue, and an appointment was set up on the same day. Alex was the technician, who called back and arrived earlier than the appointment due to a previous cancellation. Alex was very thorough with his inspection of the entire garage door, and provided many repair options. Once an option was selected, he explained what he would do and completed the job as quickly as possible. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and very tidy. He inspected his work to ensure everything was working, and cleaned everything up before completing the final paperwork. Thank you very much Alex! Job well done! Greatly appreciated and highly recommended!
