Same day service-my garage door would not open. My technician Muhammad Islam performed a review of my garage door and made recommendations to correct the issues. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The job was completed in a timely manner. Muhammad went over everything he had done and explained the changes that were made to my system. My sister has used Precision in the past so the company came highly recommended. We had a spring break on our garage door. I immediately got on their website and made a same day appointment. The technician who came was Mohammed, "Mo" and he couldn't have been nicer. He was extremely professional, friendly and resolved our issue within a short time frame. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who asks. You honestly could not get any better than them. We are very, very satisfied.

The installer was great, and though the current prices were a bit of a shock - our old lift master was 26 and still worked, just lost its ability to communicate to a remote or new vehicles. Would have liked a stronger motor, but happy with the product and price and the warranty. Chose you as an extension of the old original installer - several merger/name changes, but service was just as good as the original - or better

The installer was very pleasant to deal with and provided me with good information regarding the installation and garage door maintenance. He seemed to be very skilled with his work. I was not happy with the estimate process, however. I was given a phone estimate of $100-$360 to replace the springs. When the service technician calculated a price it was much, much higher than the $360 maximum. I feel the estimate was purposely deceiving. I don’t believe this is the way for your company to build a good reputation.

I will only use Precision. I have an older 18' garage door that has needed some general maintenence and a couple of small repairs. The technicians are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and never pressure you for product and services. Their customer service is top notch. Need service on a Saturday, booked online, tech was at my house in under 2 hours. I knew I'd need a new opener, he had everything on his truck that he needed to replace everything, and took the time to show me all the features, and set my new opener up to my WiFi. Tech was very professional, and installed everything in under 3 hours. My original opener was installed by a homeowner, and was not installed correctly, so it was almost like a new installation. Great job, great service! This is the 3rd time I've used this company, and they have never disappointed!

Our garage door was not closing correctly so we called Precision Door to address. Mohammad came out to look over the issues. He was very polite and explained all the issues with the mechanical systems and how replacing the parts would make the door operate smoothly. Once the work was completed the door slides easily and is very quiet while operating.

Excellent scheduling and repair technician. I never expected the repair to be done same day, but it got put on technician and he was there in the allotted time frame given. Technician very friendly and knowledgeable. He inspected and lubed my current overhead door, and it works better than before. The new bottom sweep is very nice. I would use Precision in a minute and not try anyone else.
