Our technician was Jason and he arrived at the scheduled time. He immediately inspected all the garage door components and made his recommendations. This company is amazing. Woke up to a broken spring on my garage door. I called Precision right away. Jason was here by 8 am and finished by 9 am! Friendly, professional and work completed in a timely manner. I was able to get on to work and the rest of my day. Clear options were presented and cost was reasonable. They will continue to be my go to garage service place.

Our garage door broke Monday morning -- Jason was out to see us the next day. He was great - explained things, walked me through the check-up (what was working, what wasn't), quickly identified the cause of the problem and gave us options. Parts were on the truck - so door was fixed and working within an hour. Jason was friendly and helpful. Great service and will definitely call them again when and if we need a fix!

Very happy with your service. Our garage tension coil broke and we could not open the garage door to get our cars out. We called Precision at 7:30 AM. Not only did they answer the phone that early, they sent a tech over about 6 hours later. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything before he did it. We ended up getting everything fixed that day and we’re able to use our cars by dinner time. Very fair price and good service. We would definitely use them again.

We had trouble with our remote initially, but since our motors were 18 years old, we decided to replace those and get new rollers as well as the outside remote panel. Jason Otero came out the same day I called and he did a terrific job giving me my options and explaining the benefits. Once I made a decision, he installed everything the same day and did a great job. He was professional, informative, did a quality job and cleaned up everything afterwards. He also gave me his card in case I had any follow-up questions. I am very happy with Precision and especially with the work of Jason Otero. Thank you all.
