My garage door spring broke on a Saturday morning. Jason from Precision Garage Door Service was there to fix it the next day. He was very friendly and professional. I was well pleased with the work he did and the price. I would highly recommend them.

I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. I was given a 2 hour window of time when the repair person would arrive. He was actually early but had called to ask if it would be OK. Jason was very pleasant and courteous. He carefully explained what was wrong with my garage door opener (the spring was broken), gave me several options with clear explanations and completed the job in a timely manner. Afterwards, he again went over the charges and explained about the warranty. I liked that he gave me his business card in case I had any questions or needed further repairs.

Precision sent a serviceman within 90 minutes of my phone call. He diagnosed the problem immediately and gave me 3 options (3 price ranges) to fix the broken spring, He put in the new spring quickly. I also bought a new opener when he pointed out the grinding noise the old motor was making. I am more than satisfied with the repairs. The serviceman was one of the nicest guys I ever met and took pains to make sure that I understood everything he was doing. Precision does not have the cheapest rates in town, but they have the best service. You get what you pay for.

As I am not nearing sixty, I have learned that there are times when a homeowner simply needs to hire a professional. After taking out the trash late Sunday evening, I noticed that one of my two torsion springs had snapped. (Not surprising as they were, I believe original and over 40 years old.) I had seen Precision's commercials many times and looked them up. The posted reviews were glowing, and I learned that they have a 24/7 staffed phone available for appointments. Even though it was late Sunday evening I was able to make my appointment for Tuesday morning. Everything about the process was VERY professional. Immediate confirmation via email. A phone call Tuesday morning when the were on route. Clear explanation of what was in need of repair beyond just the broken spring. Multiple estimates based on the level of repair. Despite all the parts I chose to replace, (springs, bearings, cables, rollers, tracks) everything was done within two hours. I am thrilled with the new life my existing door now has and am thankful not to have to worry about a catastrophic failure some morning when my wife or I head out to work. The only downside, I notice the sound of my garage door opener a bit more now because the door itself is so quiet! Thank you to everyone at Precision for exemplifying what it is to be a professional. After an evening call to their 24/7 service line , they were out to my house next morning. Jason was pleasant, very knowledgeable, explained what was needed and gave me 3 different options for repair. He had all the needed supplies and was done in little more than 90 min.They may be on the high end price wise for repairs done ,based on my quick research before service, {i'm om a fixed income}but the quick response and their policy on warranty made up for it. The quick service avoided stress of calling several companies and possibly not being able to get my car out of garage in an emergency. Sometimes you pay a little more for great customer service.

It was a rocky start to say the least. My order was confused with an order in Arkansas. In the end, the technician was great, the service was wonderful, the management stood by an over-the-phone quote for pricing that was well below what it should have been. The technician was polite, explained everything, worked on my behalf and didn't leave until I was 100% satisfied.
