A bracket on my garage door broke t 4:00pm on Friday preventing my door from opening. I called Precision at 4:15pm Friday and they told me they would have someone come over between 6p-10p Friday. The technician arrived at 5:30pm Friday and was finished fixing my door by 6:10pm Friday. He clearly explained the problem and told me how he was going to repair it. I chose Precision because I had used them before and was happy with the service.

The entire experience was amazing...except for the reason I had to call for assistance. The folks answering the phone were pleasant, compassionate, and so helpful. i called late afternoon and was promised assistance that same evening. However, the technician came an hour earlier than the initial starting time for the appointment! My door was completely off track, dented, rollers all over the garage floor and resting on the top of the bars on the roof of my car. David was incredible!!! He secured the door so he could lift it and I could exit the garage. He then did all necessary repairs. I couldn't be more pleased not only with his work, but his attitude and politeness. In a little over an hour I had a functioning garage door! I will surely recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

The technician analyzed the operation and found that the safety photo eyes were not working. He replaced them and the door began with. He did not adjust the height the door raises and after he left I discovered that it is too low. He also promised that I would receive a receipt for the parts & labor of this visit and a quote for a replacement door opener. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY BY EMAIL OTHER THAN THIS SURVEY. I called Precision at 2:00pm, Dave was here to repair my garage door by 4:25pm. Took a look and inspected my door. Went over different options to have the door repaired, I chose what would work for my budget at this time. Dave got right to work and finished within an hour. The springs on our garage door broke on a Saturday morning and you guys were able to get a Technician out that same day. The Technician David was very helpful and informative, he even helped with the installation of the new opener which I had done myself earlier in the day. David explained everything very well and was done with the job quickly. My garage door has never been so quiet. David also showed me how to spray the hinges and other components of the door for routine maintenance in order to keep the door operating at it’s best. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of work on their garage doors.

I think the technician I met with was David. He came and spend close to an hour assessing the situation of my "hopeless" garage door. Quite old and neglected. After the time spend, he had two suggestions. 1. For around $700-$800 he could give the poor thing a bandaid and it might work for a few more months. Option 2. Remove the tracks, rollers, door and all existing hardware and install a new door. I went with that. Cost I believe to be reasonable and door has been ordered. Let's review again after installation. Thank you for your service. David was clean cut, honest, and knew his business.

I used Precision about a year and a half ago when our garage door failed, and had an excellent experience. This time, we moved to a new house that didn’t have an opener at all. Again, David (who also serviced our previous home) came in, assessed quickly, gave me an honest recommendation on what needed done as well as a couple of options for a new opener that would suit my preference. Ultimately, there needed to be a lot of repairs due to the age and wear and tear on the mechanical side of the garage door. David also installed a new opener with accommodating keypad and remotes. David is professional, courteous, friendly, personable. He’s exactly the kind of guy you want coming to your house to work on your garage door. He genuinely cares about doing quality work and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.

My service was OUTSTANDING! David called me around 11:00 and said he was in my area and if I was free he could come over now instead of 4:00pm. I wasn’t home but told him that was fine I would meet him there. We both arrived at exactly the same time . He was very polite and took the time to explain what was wrong and what I needed to fix my issues. When he was finished he took some extra time to help make sure the opener in my car was working as well as the remotes, keypad, and button by my back door. He also showed me how to change the light bulbs in the motor box. In my opinion his customer service skills are the best I’ve ever seen. I hope I don’t have another issue for quite a while but if I do I will certainly ask that you send him. He also cleaned up and took all the old parts with him.
