Keypad was not working. Thought it was the bateries. It wasn't. Called yesterday and they came out today. Turns out the keypad was recalled. The guy removed the pad and put a new one on. Maybe 1/2 at the top?

I would recommend Precision to anyone. Great same day service on a weekend. Technician called during the scheduled window and said 30 min and showed up exactly 30 min later. Explained everything to me, super friendly and had the service done in 30 min. Reasonable price compared to what others have said they paid for similar work. 5/5 stars.

I give 5 ??, when I made the appointment I was told between 8-12. the tech called me at about 7:40 anti let me know he is on the way. 8:05 he was here. Very nice, took his time to explain everything. I would definitely recommend.

I inquired about a garage door at 11am on a Saturday hoping to get a repair done within the next week. Not even 8 hours later, we had our garage door fixed! Friendly, affordable, fast service. Will (hopefully not need soon) use again!

Came home from a cruise to our garage door not working. I submitted a request for a same day appointment and within a few minutes, a wonderful lady gave me a call back to confirm a time that day and to gather a little more detail on the issue. David S. gave me a call about 15min before he arrived to make sure it was still a good time to come by. That alone was a great start because most places, though they tell you they'll call before they arrive, they don't. When David showed up, he was friendly, professional and personable. He listened to what was going on with our garage door and inspected everything, not just diagnosing the problem. After explaining and showing me what was wrong with our garage door, he went above and beyond in making sure I knew what all of my options were, giving me his professional advice, being transparent with recommendations and what he has seen happen with openers like mine that was about 30yrs old. We opted to have a new opener installed, he gave me an ETA and quote and got right to work. He exceeded any expectations I could've had. He programmed our remotes, keypad, walked me through setting up the Genie app and making sure everything was working correctly, explained things to me to make sure I knew exactly how everything worked. Thank you, David!

David S was super professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions and concerns and I'm totally confident my door is in 100% working condition. We had a broken door spring and called Precision late in the afternoon. A serviceman came within a few hours and worked late into the evening to get everything fixed. The serviceman, David Simpson, was polite, caring and knowledgeable, working in 25 degree weather at night. We are happy with the work, and the door works better that ever, even before the spring broke. The only reason we did not rate them five stars is the fact that they are quite pricey, the estimate was more than we expected. However we were given three options to choose from depending on how much we wanted upgraded, as it was a quite old door.

A spring broke very late on a Friday night. We called Saturday morning for a repair and it was scheduled for later that same day. It was wonderful to be able to have service on a Saturday with no extra fee. We had used Precision before and had parts under warranty. Precision honored the warranty and we merely had to pay the service call fee. David S was able to arrive early and was quick with the repair. He was personable, professional and just super awesome. Would recommend David S. and Precision.
