I think the technician I met with was David. He came and spend close to an hour assessing the situation of my "hopeless" garage door. Quite old and neglected. After the time spend, he had two suggestions. 1. For around $700-$800 he could give the poor thing a bandaid and it might work for a few more months. Option 2. Remove the tracks, rollers, door and all existing hardware and install a new door. I went with that. Cost I believe to be reasonable and door has been ordered. Let's review again after installation. Thank you for your service. David was clean cut, honest, and knew his business.

The tech arrived 90 minutes early. Usually this would be a plus, but both my wife were unavailable until the tech and my wife arrived simultaniously. We were in a frenzy to put the dogs away, get our vehicles parked and engage the tech. WHEW!

I used Precision about a year and a half ago when our garage door failed, and had an excellent experience. This time, we moved to a new house that didn’t have an opener at all. Again, David (who also serviced our previous home) came in, assessed quickly, gave me an honest recommendation on what needed done as well as a couple of options for a new opener that would suit my preference. Ultimately, there needed to be a lot of repairs due to the age and wear and tear on the mechanical side of the garage door. David also installed a new opener with accommodating keypad and remotes. David is professional, courteous, friendly, personable. He’s exactly the kind of guy you want coming to your house to work on your garage door. He genuinely cares about doing quality work and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.

My service was OUTSTANDING! David called me around 11:00 and said he was in my area and if I was free he could come over now instead of 4:00pm. I wasn’t home but told him that was fine I would meet him there. We both arrived at exactly the same time . He was very polite and took the time to explain what was wrong and what I needed to fix my issues. When he was finished he took some extra time to help make sure the opener in my car was working as well as the remotes, keypad, and button by my back door. He also showed me how to change the light bulbs in the motor box. In my opinion his customer service skills are the best I’ve ever seen. I hope I don’t have another issue for quite a while but if I do I will certainly ask that you send him. He also cleaned up and took all the old parts with him. My technician was David S. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He examined the garage thoroughly while explaining to me what the problems were. He then wrote up 3 estimates and explained the difference between them. I made my choice and of course, it was more expensive than I originally thought but I did choose one with a 5year guarantee. David also helped me change the code on my door opener which I greatly appreciated. The only thing I might say is that I really would appreciate having an itemized bill. Please email me one.

Would choose 0 stars if allowed. Was quoted $1000-$1600 for new springs, rollers, hinges, etc. I was told the springs were so old they had no date and needed replaced. I've since received a second opinion, the date on the springs is 2021, not even 3 years old. They don't need replaced at all. Thanks for trying take advantage of a woman thinking I would just believe what you said. So glad I had to pay a $50 service fee. Thanks for nothing.

I have in small steps over the last 14 years added different level of maintenance to my door to keep functional. Including a new opener, bracing, couple brackets and two rollers. Recently I started having issues with the door not operating correctly and progressively started getting very loud when operating. I could not remember the company I used in the past. So, after investigating and checking reviews I decided to Schedule a consultation with Precision. Very good choice. My Tech Daivd was awesome, he thoroughly walked me through the steps on correcting my current issues, then pointed out things that would cause future issues. Never did he pressure me, just shared his knowledge. I decided to get an entire rebuild, new springs, cable, rollers, bracket, and weather seal and re=programmed the unit. a little shocked with the total cost initially, but at the conclusion of the work I felt the money was well spent. When my husband tried to leave home on Saturday, Dec 23, to do last minute Christmas shopping, the garage door would not open. We finally realized that the spring was broken. Being a Saturday and the day before Christmas Eve, I thought I’d never find someone. I called the last person who fixed a broken spring 7 years ago and left a voicemail. He still hasn’t returned my call 24 hours later. I tried a couple of other places. Both closed on Saturday. Finally did an online chat with Precision and got an appointment for just a few hours later. The technician was knowledgeable, fast, and had us out the door in about an hour. Thanks for rescuing us!

The springs on our garage door broke on a Saturday morning and you guys were able to get a Technician out that same day. The Technician David was very helpful and informative, he even helped with the installation of the new opener which I had done myself earlier in the day. David explained everything very well and was done with the job quickly. My garage door has never been so quiet. David also showed me how to spray the hinges and other components of the door for routine maintenance in order to keep the door operating at it’s best. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of work on their garage doors.
