Alex was our technician. He was very polite and courteous the whole time and called ahead to let us know his expected arrival time. He came to replace a broken spring which was under warranty and indicated I needed new bearings for the spring assembly because they were grinding. Not surprised as the door is 22 years old. He replaced the broken spring and the bad bearings, adusted the door opener and lubricated all the rollers, etc. He did an excellent and professional job quickly and I am very pleased with the results. I recommended this company to my neighbor just last week and she is very happy with the response time and repair! I would definitely recommend Precision to all my friends and neighbors.

This was a pleasantly painless experience. Making the appointment was easy (I got a live person on the phone at 6:30pm on a weeknight), their availability was great (they offered next-morning service but I went with Saturday to not miss work and that wasn't an extra fee), and I got email confirmation (including pictures of the possible technicians). The technician, who was nice and professional, called on their way and arrived right at the beginning of the 9-11am appointment range, gave me two estimates based on whether I wanted to upgrade to a different spring type, took just over an hour to do the repair (which included spring replacement and straightening a damaged panel so it didn't have to be replaced), and added/replaced a few older small parts to get the door in overall better shape without changing the final cost. Overall, this was one of the most stress-free repair services I've ever had.

Derek and David came promptly on Labor Day after I called the night before. It was not emergency, but I appreciated getting my garage door to open. They showed me how to open/close the manual opener in the future and they serviced the springs, tightened bolts, and lubricated all parts. On Saturday the sixth I had an appointment with precision to get my garage door fixed. On the chat the previous day the technician noted he would possibly be here no later than 11:00 am. But to my surprise I was the first appointment. The technician Tom called and said he would be here promptly at 9. He showed up a little before 9. He came in and assessed the door. He was also very polite and kind. After assessing the door. He told me I didn't need a new door. I had feared I needed a new one because I had had a competitor to yours look at my door previously and they said it had to be replaced. So I was relieved. After that he quoted me a price. Worked hard and got it finished in an hour. Very satisfied and happy to receive service from your company. Thank you.

I'm especially happy that I could get service on Sunday. A spring on the door broke and we were unable to get the door open to get the cars out to go to work on Monday. Alex assessed the issues with the door and explained everything to me along with the cost. He worked as if he really knew what he was doing as he adapted and installed current materials onto a 50 plus year old door. He said he likes challenges like that. The door works perfectly and is much quieter now. I will definitely contact you again if I need service.
