I was very pleased with the service provided by Dustin Keaton. He was personable and pleasantly provided answers to the questions I had. He was a hard worker! I did discover Sunday morning that the garage door did not sit evenly on the garage floor, which was what I was used to seeing before the coil broke and the garage door went askew (not noticeable by me @ 7:30 p.m. when the service was completed) . Therefore I requested that this be fixed. The south end of the base of the door reveals almost a two inch discrepancy, the north end about one inch- now a critter and weather issue. I chose this company finding some companies in the yellow pages who serves my area, and then I requested my son to look up the companies I found who had the highest rating. I was pleased to note that the office staff is pleasant and professional and that I was provided a discount (retired teacher, AAA members, Sr. citizen).

I purchased my garage door opener approximately 10 years ago from Precision Door Service. I have had two or three occasions to call them for service including today. The technicians are always on time and extremely professional. Today this issue involved my lights not coming on when the door open and closed. Learned a lesson - my opener because of age does not take LED bulbs. I needed the old fashioned bulbs. The technician took care of that problem and lubricated my door (his suggestion). Great company. My service was performed May 3, 2018. My Technician was Alex--he called before he came (just as I was promised by the office), he was even a little earlier than the predicted time slot, he was polite and stood and listened while I explained my problem with the garage door. Then, he informed me that he would check my door and see what could be wrong. About 10 or 15 mins. later he informed me what he thought it might be and what my choices were, along with the cost. I choose what I wanted to do and he said we'll try that and if that doesn't work then we'll have to go ahead and do the other. He went right to work and my door was repaired. Afterwards, he explained what he did and explained about the age of my motor and that it might need to be replaced and I should start thinking about that. When I decided or need to replace the motor, be sure to give him a call and he'll be glad to install it for me.

I found that my garage door wouldn't open at about 12:15 on a Saturday afternoon. I found Precision on the internet, that they were open and near my home. I called about 1pm and was given a window from 3 - 5pm that day. Tom arrived at 2:45, introduced himself, identified the problems and got to work. He was done by 4:15. Great work, incredibly prompt and polite response. Very pleased.
