Very happy with your service. Our garage tension coil broke and we could not open the garage door to get our cars out. We called Precision at 7:30 AM. Not only did they answer the phone that early, they sent a tech over about 6 hours later. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything before he did it. We ended up getting everything fixed that day and we’re able to use our cars by dinner time. Very fair price and good service. We would definitely use them again.

The Precision tech Walker responded to an after hours emergency. Walker called while on his way, arrived at the expected time. Our very old door system stopped working and I read good reviews of Precision. David and Rodney came out the day after my call. Both were nice guys and seemed knowledgeable. Everting was great starting with calling to set up appointment all the way to the installation.
