Well, I confess it was pot luck. At 3:30 AM two violent explosions with brilliant light and a fearsome buzzing sound took place outside my bedroom window in quick succession. On inspetion they had to have been over 100 yards away. I'm no stranger to exploding electric transformers, and these must have been monsters. I'm an 83 year old veteran, and I thought I must have been on a battlefield. In the morning I discovered one of my openers had been fried. After a time I looked on my computer, found you and maybe impulsively decided that everything looked good. The woman who answered the phone was kind, warm, efficient and competent. She clearly liked her work, and I took that as a sign of the kind or company she worked for, so I signed on without any reservation.. Usually for me that's a sign of gullibility, but this time I was right on. Tim, Junior was here in short order and I badly needed him. I liked him right away, he was like a friendly neighbor, explained everything, recognized that my work was of very good quality, and finished the job in an amazingly short time, with an installation silk-smooth, and well explained. I don't ever go on like this, but this whole operation was so clean and competent from beginning to end that I had to write this damned essay to express my appreciation. I have never encountered such admirable performance from a contractor. It cost a guy like me a bunch, but I don't regret a penny of it. Thanks.

The technician, shayne, was professional, friendly and outstanding! I think a company’s success is based on a large part the people the employ! Precision is my new door company. Shayne was awesome!

We have a Precision Garagedoor. It works well, but I felt it was more noisy than usual. I called for a check up, considering that we will son have winter. Tim Tomlinson came out the same day, checked the door, gave the moving parts a tune up, and the noise softened significantly. It sounded like a new door. An informative, professional encounter, much appreciated by us

I am so impressed with Precision Door. The tech (En) called when on the way. Came when promised. Fixed the door on the spot, explained the problem and gave us advice on what to do in the future. This was all at a reasonable price. I have never called Precision Door before, but they will be my first call in the future. Excellent service!

Our house is about 70 years old and the garage doors are likely the original ones. A few weeks ago, the day finally came when one of the door’s spring broke. Since it was so old, there was no way to repair it, so it needed replaced. It was also an unusual size so we needed it custom-built. Alex did our installation and it looks fantastic! We couldn’t be happier! He not only did a great install, but hauled away the old door, spring, and tracks. We will definitely be contacting Precision when the other door finally breaks :)

Precision employees provided services twice and both times they were excellent and knowledgeable. They throughly explained the problem and solution. They inspected garage door opener and garage door and related although they were old and would probably need to be replaced at some point. They replaced only the parts that needed replaced

En responded to our service call for a broken hinge on the existing door. He inspected the door and found a number of other issues that were causing noise and erratic movement. He provided a number of different options/price points to improve the operation of the door, including possibly installing a new door. He was very objective in his proposals and put no pressure on us to make a decision that day. We ultimately chose one of his options and he stayed late to complete the work the same day. We were very happy with the time En spent with us and would highly recommend En/Precision to anyone experiencing problems with their garage door/opener.

Once I chose which route I wanted to take, the work was completed in record time. I am happy and grateful for my garage door and openers to be working the way they should be! Thanks again Dmitri! I highly recommend this company!

Very pleased with the prompt next day service to take care of a damaged/inoperable garage door problem. Service personnel, Jason, was very personable and professional and gave me clear information on which to base a repair or replace decision. Work and cleanup completed to my extreme satisfaction. Very easy to find and use website compared to other companies. Greatly appreciated the ability to talk directly to a phone representative. That was a major factor in choosing Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BEWARE!!!... I had an issue with my motor in the opener. They came out and analyzed my issue and furnished 2 quotes $1900+ and $2300+ and then charged $49.95 service fee with a line item of $20 for transportation. I was not informed of a service fee up front and the tech did NOTHING except write an estimate. In review of their estimates, they hugely up-charged everything as I check on-line what I could by the parts for and quoted a discontinued opener. I had another company out and it was fixed for a total of $178 ... I've asked for a refund of the $49.95 Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!
