Jason Daring was my garage door repairman. He was punctual and took care of every problem I was having with my door. He went above and be on just installing a garage door opener. He tightened all of the loose screws on my door, he tightened up things that I didn't even realize were loose. He explained the features of my opener and he cleaned up everything before he left. If I ever need work done on my door again, I will definatelly call Precision. I have already recommended them to my neighbor. Thanks You very much Precision

Matt the service technician was excellent. Arrive right on time, diagnosed my problem and corrected the door setting quickly. He was polite, friendly and efficient. I remain impressed with your service and your people. I would prefer not to have to listen to your automated message when I call and then hold to speak to someone, but that is the world we live in isn’t it?

So it was time to get a new garage door opener since our circa 1983 opener bit the dust. We called Precision and they didn't disappoint, we are very pleased with the service. Called yesterday and the new opener was installed today. Our technician was Michael, he was courteous, professional, and explained everything throughly. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door related issue!!

I would recommend Precision to anyone. Great same day service on a weekend. Technician called during the scheduled window and said 30 min and showed up exactly 30 min later. Explained everything to me, super friendly and had the service done in 30 min. Reasonable price compared to what others have said they paid for similar work. 5/5 stars.

I chose Precision because of the commercials on tv, but I sure am glad I chose them just the same. I called in the morning, got an afternoon appointment, and my door was fixed within 8 hours of the first call - unheard of in the world today! Dustin was efficient, kind, helpful, and friendly. He answered all of my questions, explained things thoroughly and fixed the problem right away. It was a pleasure to work with Precision from start to finish.

Walter is the best ! I did not like how much noise my garage door made and Walter gave me a re-make that made all the difference in the world. This was a year or so ago. Now, with the door partially down we backed a car into the lower panel. this is a difficult repair and may not last forever but, again, Walter came to the rescue and worked his magic and both times the same day I called. The spring on my garage door broke suddenly on a Sunday afternoon. My boyfriend suggested I call Precision Door which I did even though it was a Sunday. My call was answered by a friendly, professional call center representative who promptly scheduled an appointment for me the next day. Tim, the repairman, came promptly at 10 am when he was scheduled, and called me beforehand as promised, which I appreciated. We inspected the door together and he told me I would have a few options for the repair. He gave me estimates on those options - no pressure whatsoever. After I made my choice, he very quickly and professionally did the repair. It was all done in less than an hour. Tim was very personable, friendly and professional. My overall experience was top-notch and I would recommend Precision Door to anyone.

The previous homeowners had clearly installed my garage door by themselves, and incorrectly. After my garage door motor ripped itself out from the garage door, I called Precision for help. Dmitri came out and basically had to rebuild everything, minus the door itself! He was courteous, professional, walked me through everything that needed fixing before he started, and was able to get everything done same day! Fantastic service. I'd recommend Precision, and Dmitri, to anyone in need of garage service!
