Totally satisfied! I called at 5:45 pm and was able to schedule an appointment between 6:00 pm & 10:00 pm. The technician arrived at 6:45 pm and completed the inspection plus replacement of my springs with side cables in one hours time! Price was very fair and better than the competition. I honestly did not expect for this repair to go so smoothly! Tyler was a great technician and a pleasure to meet. Do yourself a favor and call Precision first and be done with it!

I was able to get an appointment the next day after I called. That was great because my garage door opener was broken and opening and closing the garage door by hand was getting old. Tyler was on time and gave me multiple options of openers to choose from. He had everything he needed on the truck and installed it in about an hour. He was also able to program extra remotes I had on hand. He also left me a can of lube spray and explained the regular maintenance of the belt, springs and rollers. The opener was a lot more than I had planned on spending, but it operates a lot better than the one that broke. I'm very happy with the service I received.

We chose Precision because we had very good experiences with them in the past and because they were recommended on Angie’s List. Today we called them again and everyone was so nice and professional from the person who answered the call to the technician, Tyler, who came to fix our door. I would say that this company and Tyler really stand out as exceptional. He called before he arrived, showed up on time, took his time to explain everything step by step and was both kind and professional. Very easy interaction via chat on their website, same day turnaround. They installed a new spring and door opener and I didn't feel pressured to do anything other than the minimum. Once I agreed to everything Tyler installed it with ease and didn't need a thing. He cleaned up after the work and even took the old parts with him! This is the way businesses should be run.

Thank you for having availability on the same day to fix my garage door. Tyler was on time, friendly, super knowledgeable and ready to tackle the issue. Tyler showed up on time and ready to work. He diagnosed my problem and had it fixed and operation within 15 minutes. I thought the price of the remotes was high but from time of call until the problem was fixed was 30 minutes. You have to pay for that kind of service.

The web sight was professional and very informative. I was impressed by the assurance that the technician would be uniformed and in a marked, dedicated service truck. He was prompt (on a Saturday afternoon no less) and quickly replaced our broken spring. We were held hostage by that broken garage door for 5 hours and were very relieved! Wonderful service!

Great job! Our garage door began jumping the track and needed replacement of 14 year old springs and improved gripped rollers. Of course this happened on the brink of a snowstorm!
