Jason Daring was my garage door repairman. He was punctual and took care of every problem I was having with my door. He went above and be on just installing a garage door opener. He tightened all of the loose screws on my door, he tightened up things that I didn't even realize were loose. He explained the features of my opener and he cleaned up everything before he left. If I ever need work done on my door again, I will definatelly call Precision. I have already recommended them to my neighbor. Thanks You very much Precision

Our entire experience was exceptional and even went beyond our expectations! Both the person answering the phone and our technician, Jason D. who came to do the repair work were as courteous and helpful as people can be. Jason was thorough in assessing the problems, not only identifying the primary problem, but thoroughly assessing the system overall, so that we could make intelligent decisions about all repairs that needed to be made. He fixed everything we asked him to in an efficient and thorough manner. The work left us with an even better functioning garage door system than we had when the existing one was installed. We've seen your advertising on tv and you definitely live up to your slogan--a name you can trust. The entire repair from our phone call to the service call being completed only took 2.5 hours. Jason fixed my garage door that had a broken cable. He was very friendly and professional. He explained the problem and exactly what was needed to get my garage door working again. He went above and beyond by replacing some old screws to fortify the door. If I ever have any problems with the door in the future I will request Jason.

Jason was my service specialist and replaced my overhead garage door opener, keypad, and touch opener as well as other components that were defective or worn. He had everything he needed with him and performed all of the work in just a few hours. He also programmed my car to the new opener, put in the security code into the keypad, and explained how everything works, including if the electric goes out. I was referred to Precision Door by two other friends hi had similar work done.

I could not be more grateful for this company! Jason came out very quickly after I called and discovered that the previous owner of my home installed the garage door completely wrong and the motor died! He explained the whole process to me and quickly installed a new motor, springs, keypad, belt drive garage opener and maybe more there was too much to remember! Again I am so lucky I called precision to help me because they were honest about what I should fix, they have a great warranty and Jason was very nice! Everything was working quicker than I had ever hoped and I would recommend this company to anyone who asks!
