Last night, August 8th, I discovered that our garage door springs needed to be adjusted. I didn't want to take the chance that the springs would break or that the extra strain would damage the motor. While trying to decide who to call I remembered your TV ads and gave Precision a call about 5:00 p.m. A service appointment was easily set up and your employee, David Morgan, arrived as promised about 6:30 p.m. David adjusted the spring tension on the door and now the door operates properly. Thanks for your company's prompt and excellent service.

Our technician, David was professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem right away, the springs and explained how and why it happened. While it was not great craftsmanship from the previous installers he was upfront about pricing and what needed to be done. We went with the powder coated springs because we do use our garage door a good amount. I thought he was a great guy who did a stand up job!!

We chose Precision Garage Door to replace our door 3 years ago. Whenever we have called with a question or issue, their service is unbelievable. My garage door wouldn’t open so I needed a repair asap. Technician came 90 mins after I called. Work took approx 1 hour (broken spring and a few minor repairs). He was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Garage door repairs are expensive but it was well done with a great warranty.

Excellent and fast service. My garage door spring broke and I couldn’t get the garage door up. I called one company but they told me they couldn’t come out till July 8. I would’ve had to wait a week to get service from them . So I called precision door company and they came out the very next morning. Thank you!
