We chose Precision Garage Door to replace our door 3 years ago. Whenever we have called with a question or issue, their service is unbelievable. My garage door wouldn’t open so I needed a repair asap. Technician came 90 mins after I called. Work took approx 1 hour (broken spring and a few minor repairs). He was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Garage door repairs are expensive but it was well done with a great warranty.

Awesome, awesome, awesome experience. My 28 year old garage door motor died on a Saturday morning. Excellent and fast service. My garage door spring broke and I couldn’t get the garage door up. I called one company but they told me they couldn’t come out till July 8. I would’ve had to wait a week to get service from them . So I called precision door company and they came out the very next morning. Thank you!

Our technician, David was professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem right away, the springs and explained how and why it happened. While it was not great craftsmanship from the previous installers he was upfront about pricing and what needed to be done. We went with the powder coated springs because we do use our garage door a good amount. I thought he was a great guy who did a stand up job!!
