Service techs (Dave and Dave) were excellent. Got here early on a Saturday, gave multiple repair options and zero pressure. Replaced two springs, bearings, and a few brackets and door works great! My only complaint is the price - I went with the lowest price option and it was $1200…seems pricey for two hours of work using basic parts. Two average springs for $300 each? 4 hinges at $25 each (I can buy these at Wal Mart for about $6/each)? End bearing plates - 2 at $120 each? I guess I was thinking it would be around half of that but next time I will get a second opinion. My suggestion would be to use this company if you need quick service but if you have the time explore other options.

TV advertisement led to website visit-BBB endorsed, coupons and discounts enticing. Friendly receptionist scheduled service call for same day. Service Technician very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with- he explained in detail what was needed and cost before starting repairs. I’m quite pleased and now consider Precision Garage Door my “go to” for garage door concerns. Obviously, I will recommend them to my friends.

When I called in to complain about my garage door opener not working I did not expect the high level of service I received. The service was above and beyond what I expected. Our very old door system stopped working and I read good reviews of Precision. David and Rodney came out the day after my call. Both were nice guys and seemed knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the service that I received from the Technician Dave. Dave was very professional and understood my concern and urgency to have the garage door repaired. I just purchased a new vehicle two days ago and was very concerned about not being able to close the garage door. Dave took the time to examine the door and provided three estimates for me to choose. I selected the less expensive option because where I reside I rent and all repairs are covered. However, this being a weekend and holiday maintenance could not come out. Dave,knew I was concerned that I was hoping that door would operate safely and not cause any harm to me or my car. Dave, assured me that the repairs he was about to do would be the best and that I should not be afraid to use the garage door. Thank you so much Dave for being understanding and easing my mind. I certainly will let everyone know that if they need a garage door or repair to call Precision Garage.

Your company quickly repaired a broken spring i believe last summer. With one phone call and same day. Yesterday door would not open or close. Assumed the drive motor needed replaced. They were over that afternoon. Very professional and quickly accessed the problem was very simple. A light bulb activating the unit. No Charge for the bulb and No Service Charge. And No Bill for $375 for a new unit. Highly recommend, honest, and reliable.

Felt the technician was attempting to sell me upgrades on my operner. It didn't appear sincere but rather a ploy to generate sales. If I didn't know any better, I would say the technician got a peice of the action for upgrades. I got a little push back when I presented a coupon for a free trip charge with service over $100.00. The tech said most of the bill was the trip charge and the coupon wouldn't apply. That wasn't correct since my final amount I paid was $117.65 and the trip charge was $49.95. He did finally accept the coupon and reduced my bill from what was originally $180'ish. Looking at the bill, I got charged for "fleet transportation" - $20.00. Seems redunant. Get the trip charge waived with a coupon but get hammered with a "fleet transportation" charge! Lastly, the tech fixed my light issue, it wasn't coming on when the garage door was activated. He fixed it so good it won't shut off now! Back to having a problem again! Doubtful I'll be a return customer.

I Recommend that you call Precision first. They installed new double springs, cable, rollers, adjusted the tracks, and reinforce my garage door opener brackets at a reasonable price. Waited 3 months after the installation to write this review ,to make sure everything was still in good working order.

Incredible service. From online chat Saturday evening to completion of repair by noon on Sunday w/o weekend premium rates was nothing short of amazing. David C was professional and personable while also incredibly efficient. Replaced the broken extension spring type to a torsion spring type in just a few hours. Technician arrived on time, went over all issues with me in a very understandable manner. Proposed repairs that were needed were within my budget and they had the job done in under 90 minutes. The technician then went over everything that had been proposed/completed and now my door closes properly, noise is almost non-existent and I have two openers! All in all, great job done by your technician(s). I would highly recommend your company to anyone.

To be honest I am still not very pleased with the price of the spring replacement which almost came close to the total price of the overall door replacement that I made seven years ago, spring inclusive from another company. I will say that the service job performed was outstanding and the technician really did a great job explaining all that needed done. it is nice that the replacement has a seven year parts and labor warranty and was great to have the job completed the very next day after I called in the evening. I just feel the price of one thousand dollars is way too high to pay for a spring replacement and more than likely will shop around for estimates the next time as I have never paid this much in the past before but perhaps the costs have risen this much with all companies. This is my first time using this company.
