Terrific service. I called on a Sunday morning to have a broken garage door opener spring replaced. I was told someone would arrive between noon and 4. David C called prior and arrived a little after 1. The technician explained everything thoroughly. David C reminded me of one of my nephews - he was very personable and professional!

I called on a Saturday afternoon when we couldn’t get our garage door opened. We had a technician there within a couple of hours. He repaired the spring (?) roller. Nice guy. Seemed incredibly competent and efficient. I would recommend highly!

I would have given this review 5 stars, but I have to say the only thing I'm not impressed with is the repair cost. It was extremely expensive to fix at over $ 1200. I realize not every repair is the same, and not every garage door is the same - but we had a little sticker shock when we were told how much it would be. We really didn't have time to call around for more quotes not knowing if they would have everything they needed as well as availability. We needed to get this done asap because we couldn't get our cars out of the garage. Now for the pros, there are several: The service, the friendliness of the person that came by for the repair, and the 7 year warranty make it all worth it though. Also, he came with everything he needed to fix our garage door and was punctual and polite.

David diagnosed the problems, gave options to fix the problems, estimated the cost and the time it would take to finish the job. David, our service tech was just wonderful. He replaced our broken springs and installed a new opener. He set up both our cars to work with the new opener. He was very nice and showed us all we needed to know. I will recommend your company with no hesitation.
