The previous homeowners had clearly installed my garage door by themselves, and incorrectly. After my garage door motor ripped itself out from the garage door, I called Precision for help. Dmitri came out and basically had to rebuild everything, minus the door itself! He was courteous, professional, walked me through everything that needed fixing before he started, and was able to get everything done same day! Fantastic service. I'd recommend Precision, and Dmitri, to anyone in need of garage service!

Had the pleasure of working with Dmitri today. I woke up to the sound that nobody wants to hear, the chain on our garage door breaking. Not to mention, we are working to get our house listed to sell in less than 48hrs. After calling Precision at 9am, Dmitri was at our house at by 2pm, we quickly talked through the issue and he had it fixed in 30mins. He even took a look at our second garage door and fixed a minor issue as well. Super friendly and fast service, very impressed. Thank you so much !

Six stars to both Precision and technician Dmitri! Service was very prompt, professional and the problem was fixed same day. Dmitri was personable, experienced, well-spoken and gave us great confidence that he would fix the problem. It required a new opener and a new spring system. Not a simple solution, but he accomplished it all in about two hours. Despite it being an unexpected major repair, we are delighted with the new system.

Dmitri S. did a great job repairing the garage door opener. He thoroughly described the issues and repair options. He also provided some input for when my opener needs replaced down the road. Dmitri was prompt, polite, and professional. Nobody likes to spend money on broken stuff, but you couldn't ask for a better experience when it needs to be done.
