I'm very happy I found Precision Door on the web. I got a Saturday appointment, Alex came out and did a GREAT job. He couldn't get the parts over the weekend. The office called me Monday, and Wed AM Alex had it fixed. Thank you for such a super job.

I ordered a new garage door with window panels, when the door was installed I realized that the window panel was omitted. So, it had to be ordered and 2 more weeks wait time. The door is also not level and has to be adjusted, which I noticed after the installer had left. I also had a new opener installed, which works fine.

Everything about Precision's service was excellent - from contact to delivery of the actual work. After review of the situation it was determined that there did not appear to be a problem. I did ask if the rubber seal bar across the bottom of the garage door could be replaced while the technician was here. They were carried on the truck so he was able to do it. I will contact Precision in the future as needed.

I feel like I was totally ripped off. The technician was prompt, professional, neat, and quick. But the price was a complete ripoff. I would never recommend this company in a million years. Just an FYI for those wanting to throw their money away, they charge about 325 plus dollars an hour for labor. Live and learn, I will never consider this company for future business and it’s my opinion you shouldn’t either.

As for the quality of parts, we use the highest quality parts that are locally made for our applications. The industry standard for springs is 10,000 life-cycles. Our springs are 30,000+ life cycles. We cannot speak to any other companies quality of parts or pricing but stand behind the parts that we install. Again, we are happy that we were able to help you get your garage door back and running properly. Over the life of the spring I do hope that you will see the quality difference in our products. Alex came 3 hours earlier than expected due to a cancellation. Our door was frozen to the floor and when we opened it, the bracket came off. He went to work immediately after explaining what he was going to do and answered all our questions. Very knowledgeable. Will have him come back when it’s warmer to do some realignment. Great service and company.

Fantastic service. Very professional and friendly too. Tech is personable, understanding, and does a great job explaining the options to you so you know what to expect and what it will be without questions. Work was finished quicker than anticipated and the tech took time to show me everything was in working order and answer any questions before the checkout. While going through a list of 4 names I received after consulting Angie's List, someone from Precision called me on the phone. They said they could handle the repair I needed. And the tech, Alex, was right on time the very next morning. After examining the problem, he had to leave to get the needed part, but returned when he said he would and had the work done within the expected time. He was efficient and seemed to know what he was doing. He tweaked the door a bit to get it operating more smoothly. He cleaned up the area when he was done. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to call them again and recommend them to anyone with garage door "issues." I'm getting a new home ready to move into and this was by far the easiest "repair" job I've had done so far. 5 stars! for sure.

The service was completed well over my expectations: 1) Completed on the same day I called in; 2) The serviceman (Alex) was very professional, courteous, and friendly; 3) Alex explained everything thoroughly, including what must be done as well as what may be needed in the near future; and 4) I have asked for all the mechanisms (including springs and opener systems) except for a new door, and it was completed within a couple of hours. My highest recommendation to anyone thinking of repair and/or installation of a garage door!!
