Everyone I worked with to purchase a new garage door and opener and a complete total new system with controls installed did an outstanding job. All of the old garage door and system parts were hauled away. On October 25, 2024 Alana Moran met with me and gave me a quote for the cost of the new garage door and opener, and eligible discounts in the cost to perform the installations. Alex Eliopoulos installed the garage door and opener on November 1, 2024 in about 3 1/2 hours, and cleaned up everything and hauled it away. Congratulations to Alana and Alex for the great job they did representing Precision Garage Door Service of Columbus in a courteous and professional way.

Our house is about 70 years old and the garage doors are likely the original ones. A few weeks ago, the day finally came when one of the door’s spring broke. Since it was so old, there was no way to repair it, so it needed replaced. It was also an unusual size so we needed it custom-built. Alex did our installation and it looks fantastic! We couldn’t be happier! He not only did a great install, but hauled away the old door, spring, and tracks. We will definitely be contacting Precision when the other door finally breaks :)

We had issues with a Liftmaster opener we had you install 8 years ago. It appeared that the issue was the mother board. Alex Eliopoulos explained our options giving us multiple choices. He was very helpful and there was no pressure for us to decide either way. We ended up getting a new Liftmaster installed and he also corrected another issue for us. I chatted with a support agent at 8:00 AM and at 10:30 AM a residential technician (Alex Eliopoulos) showed up to review my garage door situation. He gave me an acceptable estimate to install a garage door opener. The opener was installed by 4:00 PM. I could not be happier with Alex's professionalism and knowledge. And I like the opener too.

Searched in Home Advisor and this company was the first to follow up.they assessed issue and gave me the options. Since Current system was ancient, I opted for new motor and controls. Tech had new equipment on truck And did the switch out on the spot. Tech came out within 24 hours of first calling them and door fixed within 2 hours (Had new parts on the truck already. They responded quickly and efficiently and won my business.
