5 STARS! Very impressed! Seen the advertisements on TV and very glad I gave you a call. Heard a loud bang Monday evening but didn't realize what it was until Tuesday morning when I tried to open my garage door and realized the spring busted. My garage door spring broke on a Sunday evening. I called Precision and within 90 minutes Michael Bowman arrived, inspected the springs, gave me several options and had the springs changed and working within 30 minutes. I fully expected to have to wait a day or so and was surprised at the quick service. The cost was reasonable and I am fully satisfied. Michael was professional, personable and is a good representative for Precision.

I had save the Valpak coupon because a friend suggested I get an outside keypad opener. It was right beside me when the door failed to open. Amy was lovely, a calming influence. She offered to call a technician to be sure somebody could get here the same day and he could. She sent a gentleman. He called to let me know when he would arrive. He did wear a mask and said he would inspect first. The right spring was clearly separated. You had installed this garage opener in 2013 so a number of parts were worn. Squeaks are gone and everything is working great now! Contactless credit card payment worked well and the detailed invoice DID follow in my email. I have seen your advertising on tv, too, and knew everything Michael Bowman would need was on his van. And that included the outside keypad! Wonderful experience! Thank you!

Our garage door malfunctioned at 4:45PM on a Sunday night. I called Precision and by 5:45 I had a service technician, Michael Bowman, at my house and inspecting the door. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and had our door repaired and updated by 8:00PM that same night. My wife and I couldn't be more satisfied. The technician (Michael B.) arrived promptly, seemed very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We wanted a garage door opener, but he explained that we did not have the clearance above the open garage door for an opener to be installed. He said that with the new springs he recommended, our door would be easy to open and close, and he delivered as promised. Our door has never worked better or been easier to open. I would definitely use the company and technician again and recommend them to anyone who asked.

Same day service, was better than expected! Convenient after work hours appointment was unexpected but very appreciated. Michael, the service technician was very polite, accommodating and knowledgeable. He replaced broken springs on our main garage door and replaced deteriorating spring on our second door. Also replaced all rollers and lubricated hinges. Took about 2 hours in all. Everything works better than ever!

My service technician Michael Bowman did an excellent job of installing a replacement garage door opener. The opener that he replaced had a lifetime warranty and was purchased at precision. I was extremely pleased with with the service I received from Precision. They came out the day after I called (my request, they offered to have someone come out in the evening on the Sunday I called) Michael, the technician, was very nice and professional. He did a great job explaining the different options in car garage door openers, and I didn’t feel pressured into buying the “most” expensive one.
