Wow! While home repairs on a random Tuesday night are never ideal - my customer service was awesome. I had a next day appointment made online at 10pm. Jason showed up the next morning right on time and was super friendly and helpful. Repair was completed in about an hour and he gave me different price options which was nice. Without a doubt - very professional and timely. Repeat customer for sure.

A little after 6am, I’m trying to leave and as they say, garage door springs don’t like the cold. I jumped online and chatted to set and appointment for approximately 10am. About 7:30 I get a call that a tech could be out around 8am. They went over the entire system and gave me 3 options. I made my selection and Jason replaced springs, bearings, rollers and bottom weatherstrip - also put the motor on a surge protector. 7yr warranty on all of this. As this was my first experience with them - can you say home run?

Saw advertisements on TV about your service trucks being fully supplied, which was the reason I contacted your company. It was simple to set up an appointment with a LiveChat. Also, to change the appointment, no trouble. Technician was very professional, informed and polite. Work was done quickly and neatly considering old mechanisms (springs, cables, rollers, gasket, etc.) had to be removed and new ones installed. Expectations were met. I was very impressed and would recommend Precision to anyone.

When my automatic garage door failed to open, I called Precision Door Services because they had provided excellent service on a prior visit. I was given a two-hour window in which to expect my service repair person. About half way into that "window", Jason called to let me know he was on his way, but, since he was on the other side of town, it would take him a while to get to my house. I appreciated that notification and the extra time wasn't a problem for me. I was pleased to discover that my technician was the same young man who had serviced my garage door before. He was very personable and efficient in his work. He also reminded me that I had a service warranty so the call would not cost me anything - nice surprise! I will definitely recommend Precision Door Service to all of my friends.

Spring mechanism was worn out --- Jason Otero was the technician and provided relevant information along with explanations of the available repair choices. It was nice to discover that technicians are well-equipped when making service calls. My good feelings with Precision started with my initial phone call. The customer service was great and offered a choice of times. Today Jason Otero arrived to inspect our issue. He gave me multiple options for the repair, with pros and cons of each. Once the decision was made, he worked quickly to provide a new motor, springs, key pad, and remotes. I have a warranty for purchases and a garage door that is quiet. I couldn’t be happier with this process.

Extremely responsive, timely, and tidy. My spring and cables broke over the holiday weekend. I called their office at 1pm on Sunday and a Technician arrived by 2pm. Jason O. provided a few pricing options (good, better, best) to us and explained what each option included. Once we selected the option we wanted to move forward with, the technician replaced the old spring, added a new spring, replaced the cables, and reprogrammed the opener. He completed everything within an hour and half of arrival. It seemed a little pricey, but the repairs addressed the worn parts that caused the issue and it was addressed on a Sunday. The technician was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy in selling something that wasn’t needed. Jason O did a great job!

I saw your ad on local TV just after my garage door broke. Called the next day and a technician was there within 24 hours. He explained what the problem with the door was and what was needed to fix it. Then went on to explain other problems with the door that could cause problems in the future. He explained the cost of fixing those problems as well and let me choose what worked for me. He was efficient and courteous. A very friendly man. I liked the 5-year warranty, too.

My entire experience was great! I was able to have someone come to repair my garage door the morning after my call, they came and gave me 3 options; Good, Better and Best. I went with the "Best" option as I didn't want a quick fix, but wanted a long term solution. I have a 7 year warranty, and the garage door is so much quieter when going up or down! I also won't worry about the garage door falling down on my cars in the garage! Thank you!!!
