You guys are terrific. Our garage door sensor was on the fritz, and we had an issue with the coupler on our opener rail. Curt was out here the next day and able to fix the problem in five minutes. Friendly service, super reasonable price, and scheduling online was so easy. Will definitely call Precision again in the future if we need any garage door services!

Had the spring on my garage door break Saturday night at 7pm. Called Sunday morning at 10am and someone was there at Noon on Sunday to replace the broken spring, lube the wheels, and adjust the closure distance. Technician was very good and had everything wrapped up in an hour.

James was very nice and courteous. At first he was confused like I was when we opened the door. Doesnt act right when its cold..Makes a lot of noise. Tends to open normally afterwards. Will have to keep an eye on it if breaks. Will call back. At least I know what to look for if it does. I appreciate him checking it out.

Talk about peace of mind - Kurt from Precision Garage Door just left after completing work on our garage door. It had a very loud screech every time it opened and closed. Pretty sure our neighbors one block over knew when we left the house and when we returned. Indeed it was a form of noise pollution. LOL. Our door will no longer wake them up in the morning or interrupt their TV viewing. (apologies) Seriously though. We are so happy with the repair that was done by Kurt. He performed the work in a quiet and timely fashion, and was meticulous about clean up. He provided an estimate in advance, explained the repair in detail, and found the solution to best work within our budget. Should have called Precision sooner. The stress a garage door can cause is crazy. It was a wonderful experience overall. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, and would give them a 10 star rating if possible.
