This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door and they did a great job. They scheduled and completed my job the same day even though it was Saturday and my installer (James) did a thorough and quality job. He replaced the springs, rollers, and two brackets with bearings. He explained each component and showed me how they were worn and needed replacing. I feel very confident in the work he performed.

James was awesome! Perfect pro! Arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely fashion. My only "beef" is I felt your price was kind of expensive - on the high side. And as I've talked to others, they feel the same way - extremely on the high side. So I'm not sure how much of a recommendation they're going to take from me. I do like the opener. Kind of a bummer we couldn't tag the one to my truck - so now I have a Genie garage door opener and remote... and a Liftmaster. So two remotes in my vehicles. But hey - the wife is taken care of with Door # 1! Thanks!

Had a great experience. The tech was able to explain his evaluation of my door and what work needed to be done with it. After he fixed the door he explained what a properly balanced door should look like. He left my house/garage in clean condition and took old/broken hardware with him.

I called Precision around 4:30 pm and told them I needed my garage wireless key pad fixed or replaced. The lady at the business offered to have a technician at my house between 6:pm and 10PM to give me a quote. The technician called me at 6:20pm and said he would be here in 15 minutes. He showed up within the 15 minutes asked me if I wanted it looked at to see if he could fix it or replaced. I went with a replacement . He stayed at that time and did the work. He was done within 30 minutes installing it and programming it. The service call, installation and programming was all at a very fair price.

Able to get a tech out the same day I called. Garage door sensors quit working and he offered to fix my old ones for a cheaper price or to put in new ones… I took the new ones. Tech was very nice and personable and fixed the issue. Told me what was going on etc.

I was spring cleaning and did a stupid thing which caused my garage door to come off track and no longer close properly. I called a few of companies to try to get someone out that day to make the repair. One didn’t answer, another was [frankly] not friendly but when I called Precision, I was pleasantly surprised. The lady who answered the phone was very kind and was able to get someone scheduled right away. I received emails, text messages and a phone call letting me know the tech was on the way. He had everything repaired in about 20 minutes and I couldn’t have been more thrilled. I really appreciate it!
