The installer was super friendly and skilled. He spent a lot of time working in my garage to make sure that the installation was done right. He was very courteous and patient and I feel confident that my garage door will work well for years to come based on his work.

I have used Precision three times in the past decade to repair and replace our (old) then replace our garage door opener. Each time I called them, they arrived the same day (even on a Sunday) , and made the repair. This past even was a warranty repair. I watched with curiosity as the serviceman diagnosed the problem and then called Genie to get warranty support. Sadly, Genie would only cover a bad board and asked the service man to leave the bad system in place (for days) until they could ship a replacement board, and return to fix things a week later. This was unacceptable to Precision, and they decided to replace my opener completely under warranty. This caused me to have to reprogram my remotes, and reboot my wireless connections and the service person helped me through all this before he left. And he cleaned everything up and made sure I was happy. They said they would take the fight up with Genie covering the cost of all the work under warranty. All three times I have used Precision, I have found their service response to be quick, and the people I have dealt with from their admin, to the service people, to the management to be customer oriented and very good. I know I could have gotten the service I need with a smaller company for a bit less cost. But I am willing to pay for their excellent responsiveness and full warranty support and help. I will use them without hesitation in future. This is a fine, well run company

I am beyond thrilled with the experience I had using Precision Garage Door service this past week! Johnny S. was absolutely tremendous and very knowledgeable with the repairs my garage door needed. He was professional, arrived on time, and was very respectful of my home. Johnny genuinely seems to care about the customer and the quality of work he does; I was thoroughly impressed by him. Johnny was so kind and patient in helping me figure out the best approach of repairing what was needed that day while keeping it at a price I felt comfortable with. Overall pricing was very fair and the repair was completed same-day, which was beyond convenient! Even though I anticipate my garage door to be in great working order for some time, I would 100% use Precision Garage Door service again. I also love that they give back to the community-keep up the amazing work and doing what you’re doing!!

Precision Garage Door has been the only service I've used because of the good service provided and I won't go to any other company. David has worked on my garage door before and continues to do an excellent job. Your company is reliable, your technician arrives on time, and the repair work takes care of whatever problem existed.
