Matt replaced my cables and installed new rollers that are self enclosed and do not need lubrication except on the shaft. Not cheap but the repair request was responded to quickly on a Saturday night and the service person was on site the next morning as communicated. Installation was executed without any delay. And things have been working just fine.

Scheduled at 9pm at night online. Got a text message at 7:20am that a tech would be headed my way shortly. Got a call from the tech at 7:44 that he was 20-25 minutes away. He arrived explained the repairs and in 10 minutes had an estimate ready. he said it would take about 1 hour and 45 minutes later he was done. Very happy with prompt service and that he had everything needed in his van.

When I experienced issues with my garage door motor, I contacted the vendor that originally installed it. They never got back to me. I remembered Precision from vans in my neighborhood as well as a (long) past visit, Their website made it easy to schedule an appointment, and the confirmation I received was clear and accurate. The tech did a great job of explaining why I needed a new motor. The work was completed promptly and well. When I could not get my car opener to sync with my new motor, I called Precision (as my first tech told me I could), and by the end of the day all was well.
