Precision Garage Door Service has been our go-to company for any garage door issue we’ve ever had over the past twenty years or so. Most recently, in a three year old house we purchased nine months ago, we called in Precision to evaluate a door that was obviously underpowered and not working well. Precision’s technician, Jonnie Swartz, thoroughly evaluated the situation and plainly explained each of the issues he diagnosed and the corrective measures that could be taken along with the cost of each one. Jonnie was great to deal with and, after our discussion, he efficiently and effectively corrected every problem. We now have a garage door that works like new ! We particularly like Precision’s customer service and attention to detail in scheduling and performing any needed work. We have found the professionalism and skill of their technicians to be first rate on every job the company has performed for us.

Contacted Precision Door yesterday am after our current garage door was backed into. Sales rep (Sarah) arrived early and found us a door match and immediately set up an install early afternoon. The team (Alex and Dimitri) arrived on schedule and completed a full door install ahead of schedule. Excellent customer service from the point of my initial call and thru the install process. The serviceman, Joshua, was very knowledgeable and professional, he clearly explained the issue with the door, and had no problem answering questions concerning the mechanics involved and the pricing. We had Precision Garage Door rebuild our garage door in 2022 and they did a fantastic job including clean up. In 2023 we had an issue with the garage door opener and they were quick to respond and also adjust the springs that assist in lifting the door. March 2nd 2025 one of the springs broke Precision was there within hours and replaced the springs at no cost to us at all standing behind their 5 year parts and labor warranty.

I got totally above and beyond great service from the tech who came to my house. We had settled the bill and he was getting in his truck to leave and looked back at the garage door as it went down and noticed that there was a little bit of different height from one side to the other instead of just driving away he stopped he pulled his tools back out and he corrected this very minor defect. But major to me to show how much this company is dedicated to doing it right the first time

My garage door was making a noise when closing. The service rep, David Morgan diagnosed the problem and made some adjustments, which fixed the issue. I had purchased the garage door late 2023 so technically it was out of warranty. David said it was a minor adjustment and there would be no charge which is almost unheard of these days for a service call. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially want to commend David for his friendly and knowledgeable service.

I called this afternoon to get a price to replace the seal and then to do a tuneup. Their quote was very good compared to other companies I had called. I asked them to schedule an appointment and they actually said they could be there this afternoon in about an hour hour and a half.. Joshua, my technician called about 15 minutes before he got here. He was right on time.. I explained to him what I want done. He finalized the quote for me.. the garage door sounds better after the tuneup. He replaced with very a nice tight seal. Joshua was very nice and polite and I would recommend him in precision for any work.

My issue today was a keypad key that was sticking. The technician said all that could be done was to replace the keypad. I had the door openers installed in June 2023 by Precision. He suggested I check the warranty. I keep all the paperwork, brought it all to the technician, he noticed there is a 5 year parts & labor warranty, so he took a picture of the invoice showing the warranty line and replaced the key pad. All is good now thanks to the technician's suggestion.

You guys are terrific. Our garage door sensor was on the fritz, and we had an issue with the coupler on our opener rail. Curt was out here the next day and able to fix the problem in five minutes. Friendly service, super reasonable price, and scheduling online was so easy. Will definitely call Precision again in the future if we need any garage door services!
