Saturday late afternoon my garage door somehow came off track. I called your company for help since your company installed a new garage door last July. Jordan James Damron came to my home this past Saturday within a few hours and repaired it. He was very courteous and polite, which I appreciated. He told me that I will need to get a new opener since this one is old which causes some of the jerky-ness. It was installed dated 1999. If I purchase one from your company for replacement, I would like Mr. Damron to install it. Thank you again for having such good employees.

When I called Precision Garage Door to schedule an appointment Chelsea was very helpful, understanding, and accommodating to my schedule. The technician Walker was great. He answered my questions I felt comfortable that he was knowledgeable and that I would get quality work from him. He gave me estimates on two options to repair my garage door and offered different ways to pay. Items that were removed were taken to be recycled. The option I choose has a 5-year warranty which sweetened the deal.

Bottom Line - Adam H did a great job. I called Precision at 11 AM with both cars stuck in the garage and Adam arrived at 1:30. Slightly over an hour later he had replaced the old ( 5 years and 2 months old) Torquemaster that had failed with a new tested torsion spring system. I also upgraded the rollers to the sealed bearing design and he eliminated the noise that the original installer was unable to fix. Very professional and efficient.

This is our 2nd/3rd house with a Precision Garage door. They did the sale/install/service on our two new garage doors in 2021/2022. Due to our builder not seeming to understand that 'flatwork' concrete under garage door is to be......flat :)..... it had a 1" bow/peak in middle. Precision adjusted the then new GD a few times and then installed an extra thick/large gasket at bottom to make it weather tight. Now, a year later, I finally had the concrete cut out and re poured to actually be flat but then needed the garage door to come down more/seal. Guy came out today was awesome, personable and adjusted it quickly but then also took the time to chat me through a few other things to keep my eye on. We were lucky to find Precision.

I was so beyond impressed and appreciate the service this company did for us. I called early afternoon today for a repair to our garage door. They were able to put me on the schedule for today.
