I choose based off of a google search and recognized the name from advertising that I had seen. I had called the previous company that I had used and they never bothered to return my phone call. I called Precision late morning and by mid afternoon the service technician was onsite. Clearly explained the issue and provide options for repair which was done quickly. Dustin really went above and beyond as my family was dealing with some issues this day. Hats off to him and Precision for a job well done.

Precision Garage Door company did an excellent job. The technician replaced the garage door opener, the springs, 3 ball bearings and installed a key pad. The service rep, Tim T who came out was prompt; called ahead He was clear and up front about the charges for the services before starting. He cleaned up all the packing materials and took away the old opener and springs. He also took the time to make sure I knew how each item worked. I feel the pricing was right. I was looking for peace of mind and Precision provided it.
