Our garage door broke over the weekend August 28. I tried three other places before I called precision. I’m so glad that they didn’t answer their phone or didn’t answer my voicemail. We are very happy with the service person you sent. His name is Tim. He was very kind and courteous to us and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want. We would definitely call again if we ever are in need of garage repair.

Excellent Service!! My garage door spindle blew it’s bearing—however, it was 23 years old!!! I Googled “Garage Door Repair” and not only was Precision one of if not the first name to come up, the company also claimed “same day service”. We had issues with a Liftmaster opener we had you install 8 years ago. It appeared that the issue was the mother board. Alex Eliopoulos explained our options giving us multiple choices. He was very helpful and there was no pressure for us to decide either way. We ended up getting a new Liftmaster installed and he also corrected another issue for us. Garage door caught back bumper of my car this morning!! Ugh!! Called Precision Garage Door talked to Olivia who set me up with a repair person. Tim was out within 2 hours because of damage to door we have to replace. Tim was able to get door to close for today, they will be out in morning to replace door and its hardware. Garage door repair-I thought for 1605dollars I should have gotten a new cross shaft for the springs instead of using old one. The tech put a reinforcement Brit on that he said he wouldn’t charge me for clearly he did 135.00. I don’t like surprises.

Angie's List gave us the initial contact information. All the mechanisms, springs, opener, belt switches, etc. were replaced. The technician, Dustin, thoroughly demonstrated the deteriorated condition of the mechanisms, due to the age of the installation. His truck carried all the necessary parts so he completed the replacements on that first visit. I would highly recommend Precision Doors.
