Precision Garage Door went above and beyond to replace our very old and broken garage door. They were speedy to give us a quote, then sent a repairman to take care of taking down and disposing of the old door and then install a new door. It was a tedious job and was done with skill and care. The new door looks great, opens easily, and adds value to our garage. Thank you for all you did to help us out!

We originally contacted Precision Door because our neighbor recommended you. After submitting a form online, we were contacted promptly to schedule an in-person consultation. Our door designer, Megan, helped us select a new garage door. From the moment she arrived, she listened to our needs, and was quick to direct us to a door that fit both our requests and our budget. She was friendly, helpful, and did everything she could to help us find the right garage doors. We're now awaiting the install of our new doors.

I would have given this review 5 stars, but I have to say the only thing I'm not impressed with is the repair cost. It was extremely expensive to fix at over $ 1200. I realize not every repair is the same, and not every garage door is the same - but we had a little sticker shock when we were told how much it would be. We really didn't have time to call around for more quotes not knowing if they would have everything they needed as well as availability. We needed to get this done asap because we couldn't get our cars out of the garage. Now for the pros, there are several: The service, the friendliness of the person that came by for the repair, and the 7 year warranty make it all worth it though. Also, he came with everything he needed to fix our garage door and was punctual and polite.

I chatted with a support agent at 8:00 AM and at 10:30 AM a residential technician (Alex Eliopoulos) showed up to review my garage door situation. He gave me an acceptable estimate to install a garage door opener. The opener was installed by 4:00 PM. I could not be happier with Alex's professionalism and knowledge. And I like the opener too.

Precision garage door of Columbus Ohio did an outstanding job installing my garage door opener. My old one was 20+ years old and beginning to die. Did my own research and bought the Chamberlain Wi-Fi enabled model I wanted. Called around noon, receptionist was extremely courteous and took my information. Was scheduled that same day and technician Gary showed up less than two hours later. Tremendous service and timely manner. Gary was extremely professional and courteous and answered every question I had. He also told me some things I didn't know. He was so helpful, I could not have asked for anything better I hope I don't need them again any time soon but I guarantee I will call them if I have garage door issue. Once again thanks to precision and Gary.

Precision helped me twice before with prompt repair service of a 28 year old garage door. So, they were my go-to-company for a new door. There was no sales pressure to get most expensive door. Installation was done within 1 and 1/2 weeks from placement of order. Install took 3 hours. Great work!

Searched in Home Advisor and this company was the first to follow up.they assessed issue and gave me the options. Since Current system was ancient, I opted for new motor and controls. Tech had new equipment on truck And did the switch out on the spot. Tech came out within 24 hours of first calling them and door fixed within 2 hours (Had new parts on the truck already. They responded quickly and efficiently and won my business.

David diagnosed the problems, gave options to fix the problems, estimated the cost and the time it would take to finish the job. Upon completion, David explained how to operate the LINEAR LDCO 800 DC Drive. David and his young sidekick made a great team. My garage door spring broke and I called Precision Door. Alex wasout in 2 hours and we discussed options and after talking it over decided to do a small repair ourselves since the garage will not be around for much longer before we rebuild one (very old). Alex was great and would definitely recommend to anyone, and when I do need my new garage doors I will use them!

I called and a serviceman was at my home in about three hours. I thought it would be a repair, but I needed a new system. The garage door opener was 20 1/2 years old. Tom installed the new system. This is my first time using Precision and I would call them again.

The technician didn’t have a clue of what the problem was. He then tried to sell me a new garage opener. I ended up just thanking him and sending him his way, not after paying $50 for nothing of all. Next day I started working on it myself and found out that all it needed was a reset. Highly doubt you’re willing to refund the $50 dollars. Please don’t call yourselves technicians or claim to repair garage doors.

Walker was an excellent person and tech answered all questions I asked and I asked several. Had your service 3 other times at another condo I own and very happy with Tim and Tom. Will highly recommend your company. Purchased alot of items for my garage door repair.
