The web sight was professional and very informative. I was impressed by the assurance that the technician would be uniformed and in a marked, dedicated service truck. He was prompt (on a Saturday afternoon no less) and quickly replaced our broken spring. We were held hostage by that broken garage door for 5 hours and were very relieved! Wonderful service!

We chose Precision because of the ads that we see on TV. The 24/7, and other appointment times were the top reason that we chose Precision. Our garage door broke while one of our cars was stuck inside. I had an appointment the next day and needed to get my car out. The gentleman who came out was extremely nice and was able to get the door fixed promptly so that I was able to make my appointment. I'm extremely satisfied with the job that was done by Matt Eberly.

Precision Door Service was outstanding! I had a spring break over the weekend, which prevented me from using my garage door. Upon thorough evaluation of my garage door, Matt Eberly found that many of the parts on my garage door system, were not performing properly and/or were failing. Matt carefully explained the functionality of the parts and then provided me with estimates for the repair. I felt comfortable with the information that Matt had provided me and had the worn out parts replaced, along with having a new garage door opener installed. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.

I really can't say enough good things about Precision Door Service. I called around 9:45a on 12/24/2020 and they had a technician(Matt E) come out to the house around 4:00p. He did a very thorough inspection of the door and found several other things wrong that I hadn't noticed and wrote up the estimate. Once he started the work he was done in a very quick time, he did an excellent job. He was very professional and detailed. They even called one time to see if they could come sooner, but unfortunately we could not make that happen. Truly a great company from the staff that answers the phones and makes the appointments to the staff that comes to the job site and performs the work. Would highly recommend using them and will use them again.

Technician arrived on time, went over all issues with me in a very understandable manner. Proposed repairs that were needed were within my budget and they had the job done in under 90 minutes. The technician then went over everything that had been proposed/completed and now my door closes properly, noise is almost non-existent and I have two openers! It was great to have Precision Door Service come out to assess my garage door. The gentle man called to confirm his appointment time. He arrived early and assessed the problem. The service provider told me what the issue was with garage door motor and provided factual wearing of it. He listened to my request for receiving estimate on new garage door opener. He did just that. He provided choices for the garage door opener and pricing. I'm glad to know Precision Garage Door was easy to access and assess my concerns. Very responsive, came right away and the “sales” guy was quite nice. However he gave me three generic numbers, never itemized anything and said that’s the best he could do for me. He tried to add in things that weren’t really needed, even at the lowest option. Unfortunately, the cheapest option was 650$, and after asking around others, I was told I was being ripped off. Better yet, they even knew the name of the company without even me telling them, which goes to show their reputation. Called a local guy I was recommended by someone who flips homes, came out right away and it was fixed for half the price, 350$! Please support local, if you can, which I did more research. Oh, I was also told that I wouldn’t be charged an assessment fee, but was of 50$. Overall disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend, there are much more reasonable places out there!

Great experience. Called and talked to Chelsea, very nice lady, got me in same day. Kayne arrived an hour later, wore a mask the whole time, very friendly,did an inspection and gave me a number of options . He replaced everything but the door in an hour. I wouldn't use anybody else for garage door issues.
