Our service tech, Tim, arrived about 2 hours after I called. He inspected our door in a few minutes and gave us our options. He then repaired our broken torsion spring in about 30 minutes. I was ready to pay for a job well done when he informed me that after speaking with the central office, they were going to waive the entire cost of the repair! Amazing! I will now donate that money to my local charities and food pantries. Thank you! #PayItForward

We were leaving to pick our mother up from the hospital on Thanksgiving eve and our garage door would not open ( broken springs/track etc). We contacted Precision and it was an EXCEPETIONAL experience. The lady on the phone was friendly, and helpful- within 30 minutes Kayne arrived and spent 4.5 hours repairing our door and all broken equipment. He was informative, efficient and friendly- To have this experience on Thanksgiving eve coupled with our mother in the hospital was stressful- but thanks to Kayne and the rest of the team it turned into a positive outcome. I am a customer for life to Precision based on how they handled everything. Thank you very much

Stupid me waited until it was cold and the first major snowfall to call about our garage not working. Cain arrived in a timely fashion and did a thorough inspection. Our door was relatively new but the rest (except the tracks) needed replaced. He gave me some options to choose from. Though I didn’t need this extra expense this near to Christmas, I believe I was given an honest cost for the repair. I hope I don’t need them back anytime soon, but I have a feeling they will be here if I need them. I recommend Precision. Cain was friendly and explained in a clear fashion the work that needed to be done. And he also gave me a thorough explanation of everything he did. I highly recommend Cain, also.

I called our three listed services in Newark Friday afternoon before 5 PM. They all went to a voice mail. I called your company after seeing the ad on TV. I spoke right away with Jennifer. She scheduled service for Saturday AM Kayne arrived on time, Repairs were extensive- but he explained all the options. He then completed the repairs expediently. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. His work and explanation of the repairs was very much appreciated. Please thank him and Jennifer for responding so quickly. If all the techs are like Tim T, Precision gets an A+ from me. An hour and a half from the time I called until Tim was leaving. Door had a new spring and three new bearings. Tim noticed wear on the spring bar and checked the bearings. One was totally locked. May save me a future service call.

I was just ripped off by this company. I ran into my door and needed a few repairs. They added many other charges and repairs to the bill. I spoke with another repairman who verified this but they had already started the work so I wasn't able to stop it. When I asked the repairman to stop and quote me on the work he had already done because I realized the price was too high he told me that he isn't able to raise the door to remove his items and gave me a breakdown of why it is that price which seemed like he was replacing too much unnecessary stuff. Then he "talked to him manager" and somehow was able to come down over $300. I was still ripped off even with that price so I am not happy. I'm thankful that they were able to come out over the weekend but also know that I could have saved at least a couple hundred dollars had I been able to wait until Monday.

The service was excellent and extremely responsive! I was offered an appointment for the same day when my door failed. Matt, my technician, was professional, provided my multiple options based on his assessment, and completed the work quickly once I made a decision of which option I wanted. After the work was completed, he walked me through everything so I was comfortable with the new opener and how it worked.

11/20/2020; 5 Stars. Garage door spring broke 6am when leaving for work. Called and reached a live person at 6am - amazing! and scheduled a service tech who arrived at noon. Tech's name was Brian. I had the best experience with Precision. My garage door broke and I noticed down the street was a Precision truck. I walked down and asked if they could take a look at it when they were finished. The guys came by and checked it out. They told me what was broken and that they only did installs but to call their company and someone would fix it right. I called and had an appointment the next morning. Gary came out to do our repair and was the best. He examined the garage door thoroughly. He explained everything that needed addressed. He gave me the priority list of what needed fixed now and what needed watched. He then priced it all out while explaining the differences. We chose a plan and he went to work fixing the door. I checked on him a little later and he told me that there had been an error loading his truck. But since that wasn't my fault he gave me a better part for the same price he quoted me. I was shocked. No many companies would have done that. We had a different garage door company sticker above our keypad. You know the ones when you need a number quick you call them. Well before he left I said Gary can you please put a Precision sticker up there so that I can ALWAYS call you guys. This was. a great experience.

I was looking for door service to get a new lock on my door. Mr. Walker Furpahs came to my home. I had been told that I could not get have a power door.
