Walker was great. Super knowledgeable. He helped me pick which new opener would work best for my situation and had everything installed quickly. He also noticed some additional preventative repairs that could extend the longevity of his work. So I elected to add those. Sometimes it's worth paying more for quality work. I will be a repeat customer in the future. *Installed a new opener unit, new spring, and replaced some bearings.

I couldn't be more pleased with Precision Garage Door of Columbus. I started having an issue with my door yesterday and by noon today it is completely fixed! I was able to setup my appointment online and there were time slots for the next day. The problem was the focus of the technician -- not selling me things I didn't need. Patrick was polite, informative and took care of the problem immediately! Precision will be the only place I call for any future needs.

It was a brutally cold weekend and the sub-zero temperatures wreaked havoc on my old, tired garage door. Long story short, it got off track and a wheel broke off. Was able to get an appointment the next day which was crucial given my circumstances. Joshua braved the ridiculously cold weather to repair the multiple issues I faced and was great throughout the whole process. I appreciate him and the excellent work he did given the extreme weather. It wasn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for. Remember, you can only have two of the three options when it comes to hiring someone to do work for you… 1) done fast, 2) done cheap, 3) done right. You don’t get all three. Joshua took care of the problem and I know it’s good to go.

As my son and I were leaving on a very important errand, my garage door fell off the track and was left in a very awkward position. Since we had Precision Door replace a broken spring a few years ago, I phoned Precision to make an appointment to have it fixed. Just as before, they scheduled my appointment for the next evening when I would be home. I unexpectedly got to leave earlier in the day, so I called and asked if the service man could come earlier. The scheduler was very nice and she was able to move my time up two hours. The service man called me 20 minutes before he arrived. David was so courteous and peasant to have in my home. He examined the door and gave me two options for repair. I opted for the better repair and am so happy with the job David did in a very professional manner and surprising short time. I definitely recommend Precision Door Service, the company where the people enjoy their jobs and do them right.

From taking the service order, obtaining an appointment, calling 30 minutes in advance, describing the necessary repair, fixing the problem, the company's service was exceptional. It was unique as we have a renter in the home. The customer service was convenient and accurate. The technician, Deven M, was timely, helpful, and fixed our problem. Little disruption to the renter. This was the first time we used Precision Garage Door, but we will definitely do so again.

I called Precision Door Service today at 1100 hours . My key pad and remote opener were no longer functional . Both car openers did work . Thomas Timmons the technician arrive at my home at 1230 hours … only 1/12 hours after I made my initial call to the company . I explained my issues with Thomas within 45 minutes he replaced my key pad with Liftmaster pad and reprogrammed my remote . All this while it is very cold outside . Very pleased with their professional treatment to me as their customer. Great job! Rick

My experience with Precision Garage Door Service has been wonderful! Precision Garage Door Service installed NEW garage doors for me a few years ago. There was a small issue. Before I had a chance to call Precision Garage Door Service. Precision Garage Door Service called me and returned to my home within hours to resolve the issue. I then had another provider/her name is Angie, install my door openers a few years later. It was not a good experience. So, I called Precision Garage Door, they arrived within 30- minutes and corrected this issue that Angie had caused. The customer technician support and customer support is beyond excellent. Precision Garage Door Service is the most reliable garage door replacement/repair company that I have come across! I have owned my home for over 20 years. I found Precision Garage Door Service through a Google search. When I phoned, I expected to get a recording, but I got a pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable lady who, to my surprise, sad there would be a service person at my address that afternoon. I had expected it would be a few days before the evaluation and estimate would be ready. David Hedjuk arrived right on time and told me he thought he could repair the door and not need to replace it. He gave me an estimate and said it would take him 2 or 3 hours to get the job done. I asked if he meant if he was going to do the repair right then and he said sure. I was so convinced the repair would not be done for days that I had bought yellow Caution tape to string across the door opening to keep people away. David repaired the door and pointed out ways that the initial installation was deficient and a bit unsafe. The door now is better than it was when it was new. This company and the employees I had the pleasure of working with are outstanding and I would certainly use them again, if needed.

Had a garage door issue about 12 noon on Friday, called Precision and received a same day appointment. James (Jordon) D arrived at approximately 2:30pm. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He did a very thorough inspection of the garage door, mechanical parts and the garage door opener. He advised the issue/issues and advised the solutions and costs. James explained everything in a clear precise manner and kept us informed during the entire process. I can't say enough good things about Precision! They were awesome. They responded quickly and had a technician out to me within hours and were on schedule.
