The garage door opener for my wife's car did not work this AM. I called Precision and Dustin was there my the afternoon. He was the epitome of a professional, helpful, and nice person who put in a new garage door opener. He deserves an A+ for his work and we were fortunate to get him. If most of the technicians for Precision Garage door are like him, this company deserves a gold star as anyone that works with them who appreciates good work will be very pleased

I previously had someone come out a quote me to repair my garage door cable and it was extremely high. So I gave these guys a call to get another opinion, and they had availability the next day to get me in. When Pat got here he took a look and gave me a MUCH lower cost. He also provided me with multiple options to choose between, depending on what I wanted. He was able to get it done that day in a great amount of time and now my garage door is working perfectly. I highly recommend Pat and this company!

The spring on our door broke on a Monday evening and they were able to send someone first thing Tuesday morning. He arrived on time, was very friendly and got the job done quickly. He also noted a couple things to watch for in the next year but didn’t put any pressure on me to pay extra and fix them now, and I appreciated the honesty. Frankly, there are other companies who could do the repair for less, but I knew I’d be getting it done quickly and correctly by a company who stands behind their work, and that makes paying a little more worth it to me.

A part on my garage door was broken. One call to Precision put me in touch with a service person who scheduled me for service the next day. I was given a choice of 2-hour openings. The technician called to let me know he was on the way and showed up promptly. He immediately spotten the problem and had the correct part on his truck; he told me what the cost would be. He fixed the problem quickly and demonstrated to me a door that opened and closed properly and was secure. I paid with my credit card on site. I appreciate the technician--his knowledge and personal approach--and Precision for their realistic TV ads (using real employees, not actors). I will refer friends to Precision.
