Tech showed up when he was supposed to and was patient as I was on a business call, he waited for about 10-15 minutes until I finished the call and explained to me the problem and options, even options going with the garage door manufacturer. Ultimately I did have Precision Door do the work as I was not prepared to pay the cost of the estimate. Very professional and informative tech.

Anthony from Precision came out within 2 hours of my call. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained my options. I decided to replace my 17 year old opener with a brand new model.
