Precision initially installed our replacement double door garage opener. This year we had problems with the door opening periodically like someone had our passcode/ frequency, etc.. In addition, our inside door opener pad would not operate on a consistent basis. Our Techician Derek Mason was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked our whole system out and no obvious answer to our problem. However, he took the extra time out to look further into the inside wall contol unit and located a couple of wires somewhat loose. He tightened them up, and it's been almost a month now, and we haven't had any problems with the unit since. He gave us some additional tips as well. Thank You Derek.

Was having issues with my garage door opening not functioning properly. Door would go down and then reverse back up. Precision sent Tyler out to look at my issue. Upon review of my unit, Tyler found that the gears had worn down very badly. My unit was the original unit that came with my house when it was built 17 years ago. Tyler offered to look at pricing for the parts to repair the unit or to quote a replacement unit. I opted for the replacement unit. He had the new unit installed and up and running within 45 minutes! Very happy with the level of service and will definitely recommend Precision Door Service to all of my friends and family!

We have a Precision Garagedoor. It works well, but I felt it was more noisy than usual. I called for a check up, considering that we will son have winter. Tim Tomlinson came out the same day, checked the door, gave the moving parts a tune up, and the noise softened significantly. It sounded like a new door. It was a rocky start to say the least. My order was confused with an order in Arkansas. In the end, the technician was great, the service was wonderful, the management stood by an over-the-phone quote for pricing that was well below what it should have been.
