We selected Precision Garage Door Service with confidence for our emergency situation (on a Friday afternoon at 3pm) because we look for BBB ratings and reviews before contacting for service. Your two employees (Aaron and Charles) handled our frightening situation with professionalism and knowledge. We were comforted by their attention to our needs and their obvious expertise and skill. We sensed they enjoyed their work. Our damaged garage door now operates as good as new with the repairs (vs replacement) which were made promptly and efficiently - like magic! First, I must say that I'm an 83 year old woman who realized that a Genie system purchased in January, 2023 was ever-so- slowly opening and closing the door. While the house lights were on as expected, the door itself was relying on its battery. Referring to the 'manual' for Trouble-shooting' the problem, I called Precision expecting a repair or adjustment to the Genie. Dustin arrived on time & thoroughly examined the system explaining as he worked. Then, he politely asked to see the 'fuse box'. Now you know the rest of the story!! Yep. Just needed to push the RED reset button. Thank you Dustin for your polite & kind interactions today!

The repair technician showed up a little early, after confirming it was OK to. He went out of his way to fix my problem correctly without overcharging me for things I didn't need. He was extremely courteous. Garage door is fixed and working correctly, now. Would highly recommend.

I called at 5:00 PM and Walker came out by 8:40 PM He replaced both springs and some bearings that were bad and was finished in about an hour. Excellent service and friendly knowable repairman, and a fair price for everything. I'm very satisfied!

Would choose 0 stars if allowed. Was quoted $1000-$1600 for new springs, rollers, hinges, etc. I was told the springs were so old they had no date and needed replaced. I've since received a second opinion, the date on the springs is 2021, not even 3 years old. They don't need replaced at all. Thanks for trying take advantage of a woman thinking I would just believe what you said. So glad I had to pay a $50 service fee. Thanks for nothing.
