2 technicians came as scheduled to follow up on service done a few weeks ago. Of course, the door operated fine when they were here, but they searched, found a potential problem and fixed it. Warranty covered cost.

Well, the person came as promised and gave me a fair listening of what i wanted and made appropriate suggestions. I was very impressed and decided to not just have my problem fixed for the short term but decided upon a very nice upgrade as well. Adam was great. He was efficient, friendly and courteous. He fixed the immediate problem of replacing the back up battery and lubed the tracks. He told us of additional issues but the cost is too great to do those repairs. We will use Precision Door in the future.

There were many available appointments so I was able to get my garage door inspected and repaired during a time that worked with my schedule. The technician, Patrick, was very friendly, honest, and efficient. He arrived on time and explained what needed fixed in terms that a layperson could understand. He also talked about parts that could also be tuned up or replaced to improve performance/longevity. We ended up going with the simplest fix, but Precision will be the first call if we have any future garage door issues. I would highly recommend this company and technician!

On a Saturday afternoon the spring on our double garage door broke. I called Precision and scheduled a time for 12 to 2 on Sunday. The technician arrived timely, looked at the door and within 25 minutes provided a list of the work required. After agreeing he went right to work and finished in the timeframe he had estimated. He was excellent, he explained everything he did and gave us tips on how to maintain everything. 5+ stats for sure! He ess courteous, professional, and friendly.

I was having problems with my door not opening. When I called, the person wasn't sure she could get someone out right away. But she checked, and said someone could get there about 4 PM. Derek Mason was there shortly after 4. He took his time checking everything, and discovered the problem was a leak, which caused the system short out when there was a heavy rain. He then spent 3 hours, fixing some other problems. I was impressed by how well he know his business. I know that if I have further problems, or decide to upgrade, I'll call Precision Garage Door....and ask for Derek!

Hello, I cannot remember why I called Precision over 5 - 10 years ago, but I have used them 5 or 6 times for various problems since then. They have always come quickly (my calls always seemed urgent), this last time they were able to fix the door, text me a picture, while I had to be away. Perhaps more importantly, their pricing has always been fair and the people, from the office to the repair personnel, always pleasant and willing to take time to explain. I appreciate all of this.

My garage door broke on a Friday. I called Precision door because they advertised quick response time. I was given a time of 12:00 - 2:00. Tom the technican called me and was at my house with in a hour of me calling. Tom inspected what was going on with my garage door ands gave me a quote on fixing the problem. Tom had all the parts on his truck and had the door totally fixed. Tom was very friendly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Precision door to anyone that needs a garage door fixed. Thanks Precision door for a quick response and Tom for fixing the door .

I came home from work and could not open the Garage door. Spoke with Taylor who was very helpful and booked my appointment right away after I told her my needs. Mike M was the Tech who showed up promptly and was very customer oriented and thorough. He worked up a quote and explained everything to me. I agreed to have him replace the following springs, rollers and cables since everything was 20 years old. We even added a remote keypad. He was the best. I would recommend this company and if I ever have needs again give them a call due to the great customer service.

I called at 3, Adam H called at 4 to say he was on his way, arrived at 4:15 and finished at 7:15. He had to replace a broken spring, was concerned with stress points on weight bearing hinges, laid out my options with no high pressure. It was more than I expected to pay, but I was unaware of the safety issues that were happening. Springs were from 2011, so replaced what he suggested. Couldn’t be happier with the work, Adam was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about what was happening. I would call them back for future work - without hesitation. Well done.

Precision replaced our old garage door 8 years ago, and it is so much better than the cheap door that came with the house. Our spring finally broke on the new door, and they had someone out within a few hours. Jordan had our door working again within an hour.
