My wife was here to watch. The technician, En (A) Womack was very professional. He explained what had broken and what it would take to fix it. He gave us 3 options and costs and we made our decision. Apparently, my garage door cables and other parts had worn out which prevented the door from opening, even when manually applied. My wife checked the internet and contacted Precision Door who arrived within the hour. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He assured me the problem can be fixed and at a reasonable cost, and 45 minutes later the garage door worked liked new. I highly recommend Precision Door for any issues with your garage doors. Very happy with the service and price.

I called the 800 number to have someone come out and look at my garage door. Matt showed up and I got same day, free estimate, and I received a garage door service that was excellent. Matt did an excellent job. I would recommend Percision to anyone that needs a new garage door, or garage door service.

Our garage door cable snapped and our opener was well past it's prime, so I called Precision Door for replacements. Our technician, En, did a great job of explaining the options we had and was friendly and knowledgeable. En did an excellent job with the install and was pretty quick considering the work involved our beast of a garage door. This was the second time I've used Precision Door's services and I will gladly call them again in the (hopefully distant) future!

I was totally impressed and pleased at the service we received from Precision Doors. It was nothing like I expected. The day before, we were having problems with our garage door not going all the way down. It finally did, but today the same issue and I wasn't willing to take the chance of the door not going down at all and having to leave our cars out in the open at night. I did a search for garage door repairs and Precision Doors was the first that popped up. Normally, I check a few places when I'm looking for something, but what stuck out for me wasn't just the 5 stars. What caught my attention was the the section with the technician's bios as well as their pictures. That was a plus. The second thing that caught my attention was that there were very, very few low ratings and where the ratings were low, the owner addressed them and made them right. I did the online chat to ask questions. The person on the other end said that someone could come out today and gave me a 4 hour window. About 10 minutes after we ended the chat, a technician called to say that he was on his way! Wow!!! Payton arrived at the time he said he would. Very friendly, pleasant and personable young man who knew what he as doing. Walked around the garage, surveyed the situation, explained exactly what was going on and within 5 minutes, the problem was resolved. After he finished with the issue we called about, he pointed out the rollers on the garage door. It was something we never noticed before. One of the rollers was bent and the rest were rusted. We asked if we could make an appointment to have them replaced. "I can take care of that now." was his answer. Amazing!!! Within about 15 minutes, he had replaced all of he rollers. We're hoping not to have anymore issues with our garage, but if we do, we will not hesitate to contact Precision Doors and ask for Payton again. Thank you Precision Doors and thank you Payton!!!

Your technician arrived on time and quickly determined the source of the problem with my garage door. He gave me estimates on the level of repair I wanted, as well as the time required to complete the job. He replaced the springs and rollers, adjusted the opener, and now the door works the way it should. The tech was friendly, efficient and nice to work with. The job was well done.

Matt E. Came on time and reviewed the history of my problem with the door. Because I had some familiarity with the system, after explaining the problem to him, he was able to diagnose the problem immediately. After ascertaining the problem, he then gave me three options to choose from and the prices of each option. I selected the option I wanted and then he went to work fixing the problem. He was personable, polite, courteous, professional and efficiently quick to fix the problem to my satisfaction. Matt was very knowledgeable and professional in his workmanship and he cleaned up after he was done working. I appreciated his presence in my garage and made me feel that I was a valued customer. I highly recommend Matt if you need service.
