Looking for a sixth star! Tim was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, prompt and a great communicator. As a new, new-build owner I have so many decisions to make as we settle in. Having someone show up with multiple options and all the parts who was able to explain the pro's and con's of each system in a "kitchen table English" manner was much appreciated. Tim finished the installation in under an hour. When Tim left, everything was working and he took the time to demonstrate to the whole family.

We had a spring break in one garage door. Precision was able to come out the very next day. We decided to replace the spring in the other door as well as get new openers since our remotes no longer worked. We were able to get a great deal for all it. Johnny was very knowledgeable and professional and finished all of it in a few hours. What amazing service!

We had a issue with our garage door. It seemed like a small thing at first but it turned out I was convinced that I needed to call Precision Doors I’ve knew that I could depend on them to take care of my problem. David showed up and tried to fix the problem but it didn’t work so he had to replace the part. It was just the bottom of the door was hitting the boat tongue. So it bent the door and tore that piece off and he replaced it. He was quick and very friendly and explained everything about what our options were. We have used your company a few times before and would highly recommend you to anyone and everyone that I know. I love that I have used a coupon the last few times and saved me some $ which is great especially these days.

I have seen your commercials for years so you were the first call I made! I called in the evening but there were appointments available as early as the next day. Tom P. was my technician and he did a great job on all fronts - he called in advance and arrived when he said he would, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, listened, explained everything clearly and the installation was flawless - after new springs, cables and bearings, my 30 year doors sound brand new! He even offered to haul away an old garage door opener rail I had stored in my garage. 5 stars all the way around!

I chose Precision because of the wonderful commercials. They are everything they said. Excellent service and i am very pleased. Matt E. did a tremendous job. He is the epitome of what every employee should be. He was very professional and very positive. He kept me informed and knew everything about repairing the door. My door is now quiet, operates efficiently and it is nice to use my remote to open/close my door. My puppy, Bella thought she came to see her. She had to get some belly rubs and hugs. Matt is the creme de la creme of Precision. I am a very satisfied customer!!

Tim Jr came to our house on a Sunday afternoon to look at a motor and chain that had given out. From the moment he rang the doorbell he was beyond professional, friendly, and kind. He took time to explain to me what he thought might be the issue as well as listen to my concerns and ramblings of what I thought it was. Once we decided on a path forward he quickly got to work SAME DAY and had a brand new motor and keypad installed in less than 2 hours. Daughter recommended Precision Door Service. Garage door spring was broken and could not get door opened. Needed quick repair so I would be able to get car out of garage in morning to take wife to hospital for surgery. Called Precision Door and they were able to schedule me in the same evening I called. Walker was the technician who came out and he was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable and great overall individual. Highly recommend Walker to anyone. He arrived at 7:40 pm and replaced spring, new cables and rollers and replaced several hinges that were starting to crack. Showed me how to lubricate all necessary components. Completed job in an hour and a half from quoting to cleanup. Job was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but with the quality work that was done, and a wonderful technician, it was well worth the extra money. Great job! Thank you Walker and receptionist who worked with me to get our garage door fixed the same day. Works like new! Deeply appreciate the excellent and prompt service call. Will recommend Precision Door to neighbors and friends!!
