We chose Precision Garage Door because we saw other good reviews and I am so glad that we did! Our professional, Joe, was kind, considerate, and personable. He explained everything so thoroughly I didn’t even have any questions! He was able to complete the repair right away and our door is working great now!

I discovered that my garage door was not working at approx. 1:00PM this afernoon. By 1:30 PM I conracted Precision Garage Door Service and a Precision serviceman arrived at my house shortly after 2:00 PM. By 3:00 PM new springs were istalled and the door was functioning well. After a brief but thorough discussion regarding optimal garage door maintenance, the serviceman departed, leaving behind a very satisfied customer.

One of springs on my garage door mechanism suddenly broke yesterday and I was glad I knew, from a very positive past outcome with Precision Garage Door Service, exactly who to call. This was another great experience right from the start, the scheduler was friendly and accommodating, the technician Mike came out right on time and explained exactly what had broken and why and what was needed for the repair. He was very professional, great to work with and completed the job in the hour he'd estimated it would take. The moderate cost was what I was expecting. Very happy, once again with Precision's service. Highly recommend!

I called Precision around 4:30 pm and told them I needed my garage wireless key pad fixed or replaced. The lady at the business offered to have a technician at my house between 6:pm and 10PM to give me a quote. The technician called me at 6:20pm and said he would be here in 15 minutes. He showed up within the 15 minutes asked me if I wanted it looked at to see if he could fix it or replaced. I went with a replacement . He stayed at that time and did the work. He was done within 30 minutes installing it and programming it. The service call, installation and programming was all at a very fair price.

This time primary garage door stopped working. Again they were out in a few hours and right on time. Fantastic repair and didn’t try to over sell me on anything just best possible fix and great explanation of the problem. If you have a garage door problem these are the guys to use!

Called for permission to show up early. Possible a first in history! Danny was friendly, good with dog. Comfortable with him in my home. Understood that I worked from home, quietly shutting doors, walking soft. Explained all the relevant options. Service was completed quickly, zero issues.

I was impressed that I was immediately contacted after my request for information and especially that the person who came out to assess my problems did the repairs on the spot. He showed me my problems before starting and during his work. My door is old and hadn’t worked for years and he installed a new system and showed me the weak spots in my old door to keep an eye on. I liked that he didn’t try to sell me a new door and parts that were still functional.

Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I called this morning and we had a technician come to service our garage door a few hours later. The scheduler and technician were pleasant and professional. Though the problem was minor and was promptly resolved, if I need further work or a new door, they will be who we call.

The tech. Did a great job. My complaint is $2086 for 2.5 hrs work. 3 braces. New rollers. New springs. A few hinges and 3 bearings. Called a local company after the work was finished and her first question was “you must’ve used precision.” I’ll never use them again!

I had a very good experience with Precision Garage Doors. The sales process was professional, friendly, courteous, and with a no-pressure attitude. Questions were answered to my satisfaction. Features of the doors I selected were described and explained. Warranty info covered. The installation went very smoothly. The Techs even called to let me know they were running ahead of scheduled and inquired if they could start early. Of course! I had the garage area prepped and they appreciated that. The garage was cleaned up and all I had to do was put things back in place. Definitely would use Precision Doors again.

Our experience with Precision was, as always, exceptionally positive. We asked for David Crowe to be the technician sent to repair or replace our garage door opener. We requested David because of the excellent work he had completed for us in the past. In fact, David is one of the primary reasons we use Precision. David is knowledgeable, professional and personable. When David arrived, it took him just a moment or two to identify the problem, which he explained to us in layman terms. With our approval, David replaced the garage door opener quickly and we could not be happier with his work. We will continue to ask for David whenever we have garage door issues, and we will continue to refer him and Precision to our friends and neighbors.

I was able to make a same day appointment on a Saturday. The technician, who was very courteous and professional, took one look at my garage door/opener and immediately saw the issue and fixed it. He was also able to tune-up (i.e. oil hinges) and inspect the garage door at the same time. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again if I have any other needs related to my garage door/opener.
