Your technician, Adam, was prompt for my appointment today. He had assisted me previously with a substantial garage door repair in 2023. My issue today involved a bolt dislodging from the arm of my opener, disconnecting from my garage door. He inspected the issue and was able to replace the bolt and the pin quickly, reattaching the opener to the door. He was at my home approximately 10-15 minutes, and did not charge me for the visit today. I appreciate this gesture so much and will continue to ask for your assistance, if needed in the future.
