I contacted Precision Door because several of my neighbors had used the company and were happy with the work. Tim, the technician, came within 2 hours of booking the appointment. He did a safety check and gave me several options to choose from for repairs. He did the work right away, explained everything and was very pleasant and helpful. He programmed my car to open the door too.

Scheduled at 9pm at night online. Got a text message at 7:20am that a tech would be headed my way shortly. Got a call from the tech at 7:44 that he was 20-25 minutes away. He arrived explained the repairs and in 10 minutes had an estimate ready. he said it would take about 1 hour and 45 minutes later he was done. Very happy with prompt service and that he had everything needed in his van.

When I experienced issues with my garage door motor, I contacted the vendor that originally installed it. They never got back to me. I remembered Precision from vans in my neighborhood as well as a (long) past visit, Their website made it easy to schedule an appointment, and the confirmation I received was clear and accurate. The tech did a great job of explaining why I needed a new motor. The work was completed promptly and well. When I could not get my car opener to sync with my new motor, I called Precision (as my first tech told me I could), and by the end of the day all was well. The second tech was timely, professional, and PATIENT. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

My husband and I were concerned for about 2 weeks over the sounds our garage door was making, then yesterday it broke ! I was very happy that the technician could come out today and happier when he could fix it today too. We are retired so any unexpected expense is not good for us but not only was Jacob very clear and honest with the estimate he also honored a 10% coupon which REALLY HELPED. I know everything is expensive anymore but the peace of mind of having the problem fixed same day was great !
