As we're reminded daily of the challenges surrounding the shortage of qualified/competent employees along with preferred supply materials for the associated industry - I was first impressed by the planning and schedule customer service coordinator with Precision Door Service. Followed up by the arrival of Dustin, the installation technician who was attentive to our needs, confident in his assessment of the existing garage door equipment at our home - and knowledgeable in translating the solution and the associated time and cost with our project. We could not have been more impressed by the professionalism presented by the entire Precision team. Interesting side note - when I asked Dustin about Precision Door Service's care and support for their employees, he responded immediately about the value placed on each employee, the fair compensation for his good work and the overall positive culture that persists today at Precision.

Alana came by to give an estimate. She called in advance, was prompt, accommodating to some other extra chaos that was going on at my house at the time, answered questions and provided a detailed account of what to expect for a full garage door replacement. She was courteous, informative, and super pleasant (so much so that both kids commented to me afterwards about how "nice" she was). I've used Precision before, but it's employees like Alana that will continue making this business a success!

I've seen Precision Door Service commercials for some time, but never needed them until Sunday morning when my garage door spring broke and the roller came out of the track. I called them at 10:00 AM and Bianca was very friendly and professional as she scheduled an appointment for that day between noon and 2:00 PM. Derek called shortly after noon and told me he was on his way. He was friendly and professional, and after assessing the situation, prepared three estimates for me ranging from "just get the door working" to "fix the problem and prevent future issues". I chose the full service including preventative maintenance and approximately 90 minutes later the door worked better than it did when it was brand new. If you want an excellent customer service experience, give these folks a call.

I actually remembered your ad about same day service (in most cases) when I realized why my garage door would not open. Called after 6:00 p.m. and was promptly answered and scheduled for service the next day. Serviceman called my landline number as requested and here promptly at scheduled time. Service man was extremely nice and polite. He gets a 5 star! Thanks Precision!!!

I chose to contact Precision after my garage door had broken while trying to get my wife’s car out of the garage. The service technician came out the same day. He gave me all of my options, with pricing, and allowed me to make a decision with no pressure. They were willing to repair or replace the door if I wanted. I made the decision to replace the door and opener, and the office called that afternoon to schedule a replacement time. This all happened on a Friday, they arrived Tuesday to replace the door. The technician was prompt, polite, and made sure all the work was correct and the parts were in good condition. He even had another panel brought out as the first one was dented. Once the job was completed, we reviewed everything to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Precision for baby garage door service.

Called at 8 am to schedule an appointment to get garage door repaired lady was very nice and pleasant. Schedule for same day between 10 and 2. Getting ready to leave for work they called to send over tech then. David was very professional and got the work done quickly. Door is quieter than it was. Very happy with the service from the first call to the finish. Highly recommend

Dustin was very polite and friendly. Fortunately for me he arrived earlier than the scheduled time. He went out to the garage and inspected the spring, shaft, and bearings. Advised me what it would take to fix and didn't try to sell me a lot of things I didn't need. Proceeded to replace the spring and had it repaired in about a half an hour. He is a very professional employee and I highly recommend him.
