We called to have a broken spring replaced. The tech arrived on time. He took quite awhile before quoting a price. It was because he was preparing a proposal for replacing everything with a complete new opener, Wi Fi enabled etc. to the tune of almost $4,000. We felt the company had more of an interest in selling a lot of additional items, rather than repairing the spring that was broken. In addition, we felt it was way overpriced. In hindsight, I wish we would have thanked them for their information and then called someone else to fix it.

There was an issue with the remote and wall mount and the door would not operate. It just clicked but never opened or closed. Technician arrived on time and the problem was identified and fixed. Technician explained the issue and explained the cost.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Sunday evening stranding both of our cars inside the garage. I scheduled an appointment that evening (on-line) for Monday morning. The communication with Precision was excellent. I received immediate confirmation of my appointment, and received a text and phone call on Monday morning that their technician was on his way. He arrived around 10:45 a.m., and after looking at the door he sat down with me and went through a full range of repair options. The technician had all parts required to do the job in his van, and by 12:30 p.m. the repair was completed. He explained all his work as he was doing it and educated me on proper maintenance. He even threw in 2 cans of lubricant for me to use in the future. I am very happy with the friendly and professional service I received from Precision and would recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Technician David Morgan did a superior job. He showed up promptly, was courteous and friendly, and saved me a lot of money. He checked your records and found that when we got a new garage door in 2022, the spring was still under warranty, so he replaced the broken spring for free. After finding the broken spring this morning, his service was a very welcome surprise. Please give the man a raise!

I have a issue with my garage door not closing tight on the left and right sides of the door. When the wind blew the door would move back and forth allowing air into the garage. This was a problem because I heat my garage at times. Mike came out and changed the L- brackets on the two sides to adjustable L-brackets. After he finished, the garage door then closed up 100% better ! Now when then wind is blowing against the door, air is NOT coming in. ( the old brackets had rivets in them, that had to be drilled out before installing the new brackets !! ) Mike done a GREAT JOB, thank you !!!

I called at 3:40 on a Friday. One of the springs on my overhead garage door broke. Since it is Easter weekend I wasn’t expecting service until Monday. However they had time today and my tech was here by 4:30 and garage fixed and working before 5!! Matt was my tech and he was very courteous, friendly and professional. I had a garage door opener that was circa 1970. Complete failure and need of replacement. Of course on a Sunday. David was my technician and he was fantastic. I had my call returned, service scheduled and David was on-site BEFORE I received any returned calls from other potential purveyors. WOW! I am still not used to the quiet operation of my new opener (in contrast to the Army Tank-like sounds of my old one!) David is fantastic.

I was spring cleaning and did a stupid thing which caused my garage door to come off track and no longer close properly. I called a few of companies to try to get someone out that day to make the repair. One didn’t answer, another was [frankly] not friendly but when I called Precision, I was pleasantly surprised. The lady who answered the phone was very kind and was able to get someone scheduled right away. I received emails, text messages and a phone call letting me know the tech was on the way. He had everything repaired in about 20 minutes and I couldn’t have been more thrilled. I really appreciate it! Scheduling was easy and efficient. Availability was the same day (Saturday) and no extra fees for this. Once Treavor got to my house he was very pleasant, professional and helpful. He repaired my broken chain and looked over the entire door. He provided expert advice after the repair without any pressure. I will be recommending Treavor to my son and others without hesitation! The repair was very reasonably priced. I will be scheduling door spring replacement and shaft bearings very soon with Treavor and Precision Garage Door Service.

I needed springs replaced due to one breaking. The technician did a great job inspecting the door and all components. He was able to quickly replace the springs and get the door working great. The pricing was a little painful but it was worth not having to do it myself.
