Found by search of the net for inquiry. Made free estimate appointment and the representative was fantastic with showing us a picture of our house with the garage door of our interest. He listened to my concerns and addressed to me that all would be covered by them! I’m excited to have out door installed!

Really impressed by the service we received form Derek. He was punctual and quick with the repair. Was thorough with his explanation on what our garage door problems were and worked with us on getting the service work within our budget. All of this was done on one of the hottest days of the year...keep up the good work.

What a great company/ fantastic service!!! Danny was very courteous and explained everything he needed to replace. I am so glad I called Precision instead of "the other guy" who replaced the springs 2 years ago - with sub-standard springs!!! I am confident that the new springs will last much longer!!! Thank you Precision!

Technician quickly diagnosed that problem was with power to the opener and not the opener itself. Provided estimates for replacement openers in the event that I wanted to replace them in the future.

Our experience with this company was great. Our garage door spring broke 11pm on a Friday night. And by the time we realized it on Saturday we couldn’t connect our schedules to be home, so Bob was here 10am Sunday morning. It was 102* and yet he fixed two doors and lubricated the third… Very professional, kind, explained thing well and getting the job done Plus left it better than when arrived in the cleanup….. that’s GREAT Business !!! Thank you Bob !!!!!

Jacob Jones came over within 24 hours of contacting Precision online. He inspected our existing doors and springs, and helped us get an affordable solution, with new and much quieter openers. I will recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone that needs help with their garage doors. Thanks to Jacob for making this so easy, and getting the job completed very quickly.

James was awesome! Perfect pro! Arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely fashion. My only "beef" is I felt your price was kind of expensive - on the high side. And as I've talked to others, they feel the same way - extremely on the high side. So I'm not sure how much of a recommendation they're going to take from me. I do like the opener. Kind of a bummer we couldn't tag the one to my truck - so now I have a Genie garage door opener and remote... and a Liftmaster. So two remotes in my vehicles. But hey - the wife is taken care of with Door # 1! Thanks!

Carlos contacted me prior to coming to my house- excellent! When he arrived, he asked me to explain what was going on, and after letting him know what the issue was, he knew exactly what happened and got to work. After about 20 minutes of servicing the door and keypad he explained what happened. A VERY professional knowledge person. I would recommend Precision to ANYONE

We had Precision install a new garage door opener and have also come out a couple more time since. The service reps have always been timely, courteous and professional. Each time they have explained what they replaced/repaired and most importantly WHY. Our last service rep Dominic came earlier than our scheduled time after his previous jobs were done. Much appreciated!!
