My daughter’s garage door came off the track and rollers laying on the floor. Mike came out, looked at it and we discussed the possible problem. Mike got things back on track (no pun intended). Noticed the rollers were plastic. Asked if he had metal ones to replace them and he did. After Mike finished the door was working better than before. This is the second time I have used them. Very professional and highly educated on garage doors. Would use again without hesitation

Derek Mason is very professional and very knowledgeable of overhead garage doors. He thoroughly explained the problem with our door, the repair that was needed and the cost. The repair was done in a timely manner, as Derek explained each process and also showed us the defective parts that needed replaced. We are very satisfied with the repair of our garage door and we highly recommend Precision and Derek Mason.

The repair tech showed up on time, was clearly an expert, and repaired the problem quickly. He also did some adjustment on the springs and chain. The result is that the opener not only works again, but it is also quieter and smoother than before.

Jacob tried several ways to fix my existing problem. He wasn't able to but i knew he had tried his best. He laid out all of my options when that didn't work so i could make an informed decision about next steps. I felt like my needs were being valued and appreciated all the effort!

I am giving them 5 stars for the work that was performed. The repair and maintenance on my garage door was top notch. I used them a few years ago at my other home and felt that they did a good job repairing my garage door. On another note when I called for service i choose to do the 8-12 window because I had other things in the afternoon I had to do. I understood that they could possibly be working on my door as late as 1:00. The service tech did not call me that he would be at my house in 30 minutes until around 12. The repairs that needed done would take about an hour. I think we finished up everything around 1:50. So if you schedule a repair expect most of the day waiting around for your tech and then some to finish the job. Needless to say I was not able to meet my afternoon commitments. However, the repair on my garage door was exceptional. Tom was courteous and was outstanding with his skills.

The service tech was professional, curious and prepared to remove and replace my old door opener. He came on time and did a great job. One feature I like is connecting the Genie opener to my WIFI network giving me the ability to monitor the door.

I have used Precision twice in the past and they have remained true to their word. I called on 6/2 due to my garage door not closing all the way and I was scheduled for an appointment on 6/3. The Technician Muhammad Islam arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My adult son who is Autistic was also here with Mr. Muhammad and he was patient and kind while talking to me and son, while explaining this issue with the garage door. The instillation was quick and efficient and the door is much quieter as a result. Thank you Mr. Muhammad and Precision

Professional and fair. Joe came out and showed me the options I had available and prices for everything. I selected what I wanted/needed and there was NO pressure to go with something else. I appreciated that very much. He completed the job in 2 hours (maybe less), showed me how to operate everything, and made sure I was comfortable with it. I would highly recommend Joe and Precision Garage door.
