Lashad came as per the appointment time and called 15 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He did beautiful job changed sensors, rollers and lubricated all the moving parts. The garage door is opening smoothly & quietly. I will recommend friends to call PRECISION DOOR for them to experience the fast and professional services that I received today which by the way was a SUNDAY & appointment and my call was made on Saturday evening.

Just had my garage door maintenance completed by Precision Door who did the original installement. Tim the technician, was right on time, explained all that he did to keep the door opener and hardware in good condition, and even left a can of lubricant. He was friendly and skilled. The sad news is we needed a new garage door but the great news is how amazing the people at this company were. I had seen an ad, and my husband googled…we called each other with the same company! Isn’t that the hardest part? Knowing who to call. But the experience itself warrants this 5 star review. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Sarah was amazing…she helped us navigate options and made it easy to say yes, going the extra mile to call and get our order in before close. And my car was trapped in our garage- Dustin came out and got that out safely. What a relief. I’d highly recommend this company.

The technician that was sent to inspect my garage door was Michael Bowman and he did an excellent job to explain what needed done and he then he stayed and did the work. I wish all technicians or repair personnel would be as profession as he was. If I would have any problems I will ask for him

I am very pleased with the service I received. Tim confirmed my diagnosis of the problem with my garage door. He did the work and even lubricated the tracks of the door. It was a great experience. I will call them whenever I have garage door problems.

I would like to say some good Things about Dmitri S. He was very Polite and Knowledgeable with all the Garage Door Openers and took the time to go over each. He took a little least than hour with the install and then went over everything. He called ahead and came earlier than I Had expected and that worked out great. He also installed keypad. This is the second time I have used you guys and was very pleased each time.

We were very happy with the job that Precision performed on our garage door. The main spring broke at 2:00 in the afternoon leaving us with a garage door that would not close. Dustin was at our door at 4:30 to fix it. He did a fantastic job. We would definitely recommend and use Precision services again.

Derek came, looked at our setup, and gave me a price that was right in the range Kelsey had estimated. I gave Derek the go ahead and it took him a very short time to get everything up and running.
