Precision was able to send a technician out the next day...a Saturday. Dylan Farrington called before coming and arrived when we expected. He was very efficient in his work. He showed us the problem and other things that could use attention, putting them in order by urgency and showing us the prices. There was no pressure...Just facts. The repairs were done well and we felt very comfortable with him in our home. He was friendly and thorough.

Joe arrived today ahead of schedule (after checking with me) which I was grateful for, and was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave me 2-3 different options and I chose the one that worked best for me. I appreciated his candor and honesty regarding the repair. I used to be with another company where the owner retired and sold it to Don’s and although I have tried them once, I was not nearly as impressed with them as I am with Precision. He diagnosed the issue and politely explained it in as much detail as requested. We were very appreciative of his patience and professional demeanor. Precision came out on the same day I called to repair the bottom seal of the garage door. They even said they would cover it under the warranty which I did not expect. The service Tech was prompt and professional. Thanks for such great service.

So this morning I discovered a spring had broken on my garage door and was definitely going to need replaced. After a quick on line search I selected Precision based on the many positive reviews. I elected to call rather than do an on line booking as it allows you to begin your assessment of customer service right away. I must say that everything from my initial conversation to the completion of the repair was both courteous, professional and certainly exceeded my expectations based on today’s level of service. The technician was outstanding and provided me with several options from just replacing the broken spring to replacing some of the other 22 year old parts. There was no pressure to fix anything other than the broken spring and I could have opted for any or all the recommended parts. The whole process was so professional I decided to replace all the recommended parts on the door as well replace all the load bearing parts on my second garage door. I received excellent service from start to finish and would definitely recommend Precision to a friend.

I called Precision Garage Door of Columbus to repair a garage door spring that broke. I chose Precision because of their excellent on-line reviews and I am glad I did. Precision technician David Morgan arrived promptly. He thoroughly inspected the garage door and he clearly explained everything to me. I authorized the service to be performed and the garage door was repaired. The charge was reasonable. I simply looked for a Genie garage door opener repair site and yours was first. Tom, your repairman, was very polite and cordial I showed him the Genie keypad we used to open the garage doorI forgot the Genie code. Tom repaired the apparatus asked me for a new 4-digit code and could not get the Genie to operate. Tom said he has never seen such old equipment and was very disappointed that he could not get the keypad to open the garage door. I can still open the garage door using the Genie opener we store in the car. Tom "put everything back the way he found it and did not charge me for his labor.

The Technician, Tom Palmer was very helpful. We called, thinking we needed a new battery. He thoroughly inspected everything. He noticed that the springs were worn and needed to be replaced. Also, he noticed the wood holding up the bracket (Spring Pad Lumber) was cracked. He also replaced the weather seal on the bottom of the door. He was able to take care of everything within a couple of hours.

Sarah was excellent from start to finish. She was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products. She walked me through every detail of the door, including specifications like the steel gauge and thickness, and explained the differences between the two options she quoted. In fact, she was the one who suggested leaving a brochure for me to review and then following up by email with the estimates, which I really appreciated.
