Excellent customer service and work. Called for service at 2ish in the afternoon, and Chaz was at my house by 4:45 the same day! Chaz did a great job finding a solution to my garage door problem that fit my budget, and he had it up and running perfectly in 45 minutes. Highly recommended.

Had our springs replaced today. Tom. P. was prompt, professional and explained everything. The price was higher than expected when he gave me the estimate but, it needed done and done correctly. I was advised not to try this repair on my own. The service was fantastic however, I can't give 5 stars because of the cost.

Precision Door has the best customer service PERIOD! Megan was here the next day after I called to give me my estimate. Tim Tomlinson was the repairman. He was very knowledgeable on how to fix my issues with the keypad, remote and garage door opener. He gave me options to choice from to do the repair. He was on time. Trapped! Yes, trapped is the best word to describe the feeling you have when that spring on your garage door snaps. I had that feeling last Thursday night and though I really didn't need to go anywhere, you think of a half dozen things you would like to go out for, if only you could get out. I had this same problem 5 years ago, so I gave that company a call, actually several calls, but by late morning they hadn't called me back. Not wanting to wait any longer I called Precision Garage Door. Their technician arrived much earlier than expected and got right to work. He had everything necessary to perform the job and quickly had the door fixed and everything cleaned up. The company that originally repaired my door 5 years ago still hasn't called me back.

Had a question about an odd sound coming from our garage door which had been installed a year ago. Precision Garage Door was prompt and came out the next day . The technician was very informed, located the problem immediately and fixed it. We are very pleased with our garage door and with Precision Garage Door company. Would highly recommend them.
