I had an outstanding experience with Kortney from Precision Garage. From start to finish, everything about the service lived up to the name precision. Kortney arrived via a same day appointment with precision, arrived exactly when they said someone would, and diagnosed the issue with precision. What really stood out was how he had the exact spring I needed in stock, ready to go. No delays, no runaround, just precise problem solving. His easy going demeanor made the entire repair smooth and stress free, but at the same time you could tell he approached every detail with absolute precision. If you want a technician who combines genuine kindness with precision in timing, precision in craftsmanship, and precision in communication, Kortney is the person you want. Five stars all around.
