I was super pleased! This company only replaces what is needed. They aren’t out to cheat the customer. He showed me the rusty parts so I could see why I needed new ones. He had everything he needed on his truck and had time so I got the whole job done in one afternoon. My repairman was courteous, professional and friendly. He did a great job and explained the new things to me. I got a key pad which was new to me and he made sure I knew how to use it.

Exceeded Expectations... Requested a quote for replacement door sealing and alternatively a new garage door. In less than 2 hours David Morgan had called and was at our home. David inspected, explained what was going on and was very consultative in identifying, explaining and presenting our options and benefits of the same. Turns out no new door was needed, just maintenance and support upgrades, which saved us a lot of $$. After all upgrades were made including. Quiet motor package, David explained maintenance and demonstrated the improvements. We are VERY pleased with the turnaround time, responsiveness, professionalism, project completion time (work began immediately) and quality of work. Precision has our recommendation for future projects.

Totally...job well done. Garage spring broke late Sunday afternoon. Scheduled Sunday for Monday repair for 10:00-2:00. Robbie Deshotel was the technician. He called a couple of times assuring the ETA and showed up promptly. Very knowledgeable. Explained a couple of options besides replacing the spring given the fact that the garage door opener was 30 years old. Based upon his assessment, I decided to replace the opener. He completed the service promptly. Job done right! Very personable young man, More than highly recommend!! Glad I called Precision!

It was easy to set up a time online. Once the appointment was set I received a text from the technician giving me an estimated time on when they would arrive. I also got a call when they were headed my way and would arrive in 15 min. The technician (Trevor Derifield) was very polite and after his initial assessment, he explained everything to me. At this point, I was able to choose the items that I wanted completed. When he completed the repairs, he walked me thru and showed everything that was fixed. I never thought my garage door could be so quiet! I am very happy with the technician and the service I was given on this project.

It was easy to set an appointment online and the communication from the technician was spot on! The technician that came to our house was Trevor Derifield, he was polite, informative and considerate of all the issue I brought up. After his assessment, I was able to choose what Items I wanted done. After he completed the repairs he showed me all the items that were fixed or adjusted. I never thought my garage door could be so quite! Thanks for the amazing work.

Responded within 20 minutes of the scheduled. Was courteous and diligent with the problem solving. The problem was one he had not seen before, but talked to his supervisor twice and discovered the needed solution. He spoke with the factory to obtain the part under warranty. Turns out Genie only warrants parts for 1yr, but Precision stepped up and honored their 2yr warranty. It was nice they did that since I was 3 days out of warranty. Precision is the type of company that other companies should model their business after.

Went online around 11pm on a Saturday evening to see if I could line up something for the next week. To my surprise they had Sunday times available. Made an online appointment for Sunday morning. They called to confirm and he was out first thing Sunday. Everything was complete by 11a Sunday morning. Very quick process from start to finish. Quality service for a reasonable price

I had my garage door replaced by Lake in July 2025. He is knowledgeable about his work and completed work timely. He informed me about the care of the door, installation panels, and their 3 year warranty. I would refer others to use Precision Door. I got an estimate from Door Depot. There service was totally unexceptable. They are not a reputable garage door company. I would use Percision Door again.

These guys are not the cheapest. But do yourself a favor and hire them instead of having to hire them to clean up somebody else’s mess like I did. They are professional time late and they just do great work. They re-hung a Garage Door for me and then they just came out and replaced the key box. I’ll never use anybody else!

Would recommend this company to anyone. They are prompt and very efficient. Jacob came out to our house and helped us get a new garage door opener installed. It was a garage door opener we received due to mechanical failure on a unit we purchased years ago and were able to use a lifetime warranty replacement. Jacob went out of his way to help my elderly parents out and I will always be thankful to him. Super GREAT guy!!!

We booked online, snagged the four window of our choice for the next day and about 30 min before our appt window opened, Precision Garage Door Service alerted us of Imani’s upcoming arrival. Imani showed up on time, she was professional, very skilled in understanding where our door needed help and was quick to put together a process to get us hooked up. She was efficient and extremely easy to partner with to help us out. Imani shared the estimate for approval and got to work. The result is AWESOME! We are so happy. My guess is most of us who need garage service happens when we’re in a jam. It’s a stressful appointment to have to make. Imani made the experience seamless and rocked it. We couldn’t have had a better garage technician.

I called Precision Garage Door because I had used them at another residence. The background on the most recent call is: my wife and I came home and while exiting the garage, I pressed the button to close the garage. As the door came down, one of the cables broke and I heard a large boom. The garage door was cockeyed and couldn’t be moved up or down. I called Precision that evening and the earliest they could get to me was the following morning. Around 10:10 A.M. Mr. Danny Quinn called and told me he was on his way. After arriving, approximately 40 minutes later, the problem was fixed. He was very friendly, clearly knew what needed to be done, wanted to get this fixed ASAP so we could get our cars out of the garage. I was so impressed by this young man…..the next time I will specifically ask for him to come out.

More expensive than other places, but they have great service and are even able to do a quote and install on the same day you call. I tried going through Home Depot, but they wouldn’t even call me back. The same for other local companies. Will definitely use again in the future.
