The entire experience was very good, very professional. They answered my call quickly, took my information, scheduled the work for two hours later. Dmitri was very pleasant and efficient. He analyzed the multiple issues with our 20 year old system and went over the options to fix. When he was done, he took care to see that we understood our new system and were satisfied with its operation. Five stars to Precision and Dmitri. I normally don't write reviews, but this service deserved one.

Excellent service by Chaz with the assistance of Kayne. They came quickly to my house to fix my grade door coils. Very professional, thorough work; all costs were presented and explained beforehand. This made the process easier and without surprises. My garage door was done and working within an hour.

The door that Precision installed a couple of years ago started making a load noise when closing. Joe W. quickly discovered the problem - the door was hitting the opener arm on its way down. He adjusted the arm higher and solved the problem in a matter of minutes. Excellent work.

first time using this company but all the reviews i read were accurate. From the time i called til the project was finished, we were completely happy with entire process. This company epitomizes customer with quality service and quality people! Dustin called ahead to letus know he was on his way and he arrived with in time-frame we were given. He was personable, explained what he was doing and answered my questions ..he was polite and conversational and he did a great job. I needed to walk my dogs and felt completely comfortable doing so as Dustin knew what he was doing and I felt confident in his reliability and trust-worthiness. My door was ok. just wanted to have someone hold my hand so to speak. Made noises was advised they were normal. New door was installed 14 months ago by another company. They would not return my phone calls. Precision came out the next day and lubed the door. Thanks for you honesty .

My garage door was having issues for at least two years and my husband finally called Precision. David and Chaz came out and were very nice, friendly and helpful. David helped me understand what was wrong with the opener and the door. He quoted me for everything but made me feel like there was zero pressure to do anything. When i chose to fix the immediate problem he didn’t recommend or chastise me for only fixing the immediate problem. Gave me pointers on how to keep the door intact and told me to call if the door broke. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you

Had a garage door spring break which needed to be replaced. Kayne Sickler was the technician that arrived to perform the repairs. Kayne was awesome, he quickly assessed the situation and recommended repairs and presented options. The repair was completed within an hour and the door works so much better now.
