We loved the fact Precision Garage Door provides services on the weekend. Our problem was noticed late on a Fri afternoon and the service was completed Sat morning. The price was reasonable, Daniel G was friendly, professional and neat. He also gave us a price estimate for replacing the spring. Would use again.

I arranged an appointment with a competitor--and had to schedule more than a week in advance. But no one showed up or called after I waited for two hours. Then I called Precision and they sent Dustin out later that same day. He was super nice and solved my problem without hassles or additional visits. I have already recommended Precision to my neighbors! Well done!

After 19 years, our garage door opener failed. We also had a broken spring, which is what prompted me to call Precision at around 3 pm today. Dustin arrived by 6 pm, and worked while we ate dinner and left us with a new system that was probably long overdue. He was personable, well versed in his field, and helpful in every way. Precision has replaced my springs in the past and were great, so when things stopped working, they were the right company to call. The technician was down to earth and friendly. The fix was easy, but while he was here he inspected the rest of the door an opener and made a few adjustments.
