It was a rocky start to say the least. My order was confused with an order in Arkansas. In the end, the technician was great, the service was wonderful, the management stood by an over-the-phone quote for pricing that was well below what it should have been. The technician was polite, explained everything, worked on my behalf and didn't leave until I was 100% satisfied. I cannot help but recommend a team that worked so hard and went above and beyond expectations to treat me more than fairly.

Our house is about 70 years old and the garage doors are likely the original ones. A few weeks ago, the day finally came when one of the door’s spring broke. Since it was so old, there was no way to repair it, so it needed replaced. It was also an unusual size so we needed it custom-built. Alex did our installation and it looks fantastic! We couldn’t be happier! He not only did a great install, but hauled away the old door, spring, and tracks. We will definitely be contacting Precision when the other door finally breaks :)

We had trouble with our remote initially, but since our motors were 18 years old, we decided to replace those and get new rollers as well as the outside remote panel. Jason Otero came out the same day I called and he did a terrific job giving me my options and explaining the benefits. Once I made a decision, he installed everything the same day and did a great job. He was professional, informative, did a quality job and cleaned up everything afterwards. He also gave me his card in case I had any follow-up questions. I am very happy with Precision and especially with the work of Jason Otero. Thank you all.

Service techs (Dave and Dave) were excellent. Got here early on a Saturday, gave multiple repair options and zero pressure. Replaced two springs, bearings, and a few brackets and door works great! My only complaint is the price - I went with the lowest price option and it was $1200…seems pricey for two hours of work using basic parts. Two average springs for $300 each? 4 hinges at $25 each (I can buy these at Wal Mart for about $6/each)? End bearing plates - 2 at $120 each? I guess I was thinking it would be around half of that but next time I will get a second opinion. My suggestion would be to use this company if you need quick service but if you have the time explore other options.

Gary immediately knew what the noise issue was and replaced springs in two doors which he had in the truck. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and answered my questions easily. Precision employees provided services twice and both times they were excellent and knowledgeable. They throughly explained the problem and solution. They inspected garage door opener and garage door and related although they were old and would probably need to be replaced at some point. They replaced only the parts that needed replaced

En responded to our service call for a broken hinge on the existing door. He inspected the door and found a number of other issues that were causing noise and erratic movement. He provided a number of different options/price points to improve the operation of the door, including possibly installing a new door. He was very objective in his proposals and put no pressure on us to make a decision that day. We ultimately chose one of his options and he stayed late to complete the work the same day. We were very happy with the time En spent with us and would highly recommend En/Precision to anyone experiencing problems with their garage door/opener.
