Tim did a great job, my 3 garage doors and Liftmasters were well past the 20+ year mark and were in need of replacement. Tim did all 3 in one day and set all my remotes to work before he left. He also cleaned up everything so when he left it was spotless. A real gentleman. I would 100% recommend Precision.

Hello Precision: Our service technician was Matt -- he did an absolutely GREAT job. Our repair job was somewhat involved, and Matt took the time and effort to explain it in full detail to include 1. the problem itself ( there were actually several problems ) 2. options the customer had to fix. 3. repair costs. 4. Follow up information, i.e., contact numbers, warranties, etc. The bottom line -- Matt is certainly a keeper and THANK YOU. RICK HIGGINS

My 16 foot door was a disaster and needed a tune up and a lot of work. I am not going to lie. The cost was insane. It would have actually been cheaper to buy a new door and install. But I didn't have time for that. The reason I am giving 5 stars is that this company delivers. They show up when you need them to. They are available all of the time. And they provide great customer service. The best part of the experience was my tech Tim T. Tim is a great guy. I spent the whole 2 days talking to Tim about his family, sports, and career. The world would be a better place with more people like Tim.

Set up the appointment online. Patrick called about 20 minutes before arriving and was spot on time. The work was preformed professionally, quickly and he was very informative about the process and a generally good man. It wasn't cheap but what is these days? This was on a Sunday morning when I noticed the broken spring, and the garage door was back in action by 3:45. Awesome service!!! And now I dont have to worry about the other tension spring breaking and crushing my car. Replaced both springs as the original springs have been there since 2004.THANK YOU!!

I put in a service call for a noisy door when opening/closing. Willy arrived the first thing the next morning and quickly adjusted the rails which fixed the problem. He was also helpful with information on keeping it lubricated. Great service.

I have a garage door at an apartment that has intermitently had issues that the tenants were frustrated with. Precision came out and made some adjustment that seem to be solving he issue. The technician, Kayne, was so nice and showed me what to look for with the sensors. I was so happy to get someone that would come out the same day and at the beginning of the 4-hour window I was given! I would highly recommend this company!

Had another estimate today and it was outrageous to the point that I had to send them away doing nothing. I immediately called precision (who I wanted to call in the first place but to be honest, figured they were super expensive with all these amazing reviews etc). The lady on the phone was super helpful. However, can I just talk about Dustin? My garage door man? This man is an angel sent from the heavens. He not only fixed the springs for us but he did it at half the amount I almost payed somewhere else. Dustin is a super hard worker and also a super kind personality when dealing with people. He treats you with kindness and respect when talking pricing and did not try to over sell or talk us into anything. We enjoyed talking with him like he was a friend over for dinner. We truly are so appreciative to him for his great job and will be calling him in the future! That is a promise. Well done, Precision Doors! Well done!

Very impressed with this company. Had a Wayne Dalton Torquemaster system converted to a double torque spring on an 18 ft door. Gary was the technician that completed the work. He was timely, extremely knowledgeable, and very polite. The company stands behind their work. Had a small issue that I thought needed checked. They send a technician, Johnny, out the same day to address the issue: Again - knowledgeable, polite individual. As a person who takes care of most home maintenance issue himself, it was a difficult for me to call in someone to handle this job. But, like me, If you’re picky about having the job done right, then this is the company to call. They’re worth the cost.

The estimator Ms. Alana listened to what I wanted which was to replace my two 40+ year old garage doors and the worn out opener on one of them. She showed me samples and really knew her products. She provided a fair price and the doors were scheduled for installation 4 days later. Alex Eliopoulos was the installer and showed up on time and did a absolute 100% professional job installing the doors, opener, and trim. He even programed my car for the new opener. As a retired licensed aircraft mechanic I could not have asked for a better installation job. Thanks Alana and Alex for your great service.
