We saw one of their trucks down the street one day and decided to call as we were having issues with our garage door. Appointment was made. Tyler called 30 minutes out, showed up on time, assessed the problem, and gave us some quotes explaining every detail. It was all done within a couple of hours, on a Sunday I might add. Very reliable company! Amazing customer service! I would recommend them to anyone.

Our Sonata was stolen by 2 teenage boys in broad daylight from driveway. Within 2 days it was in the Police Impound Lot with so much damage. One thing missing was the garage door opener. So I called to see what could be done to keep them out of my home. The two young men came (Blake and ??) within an hour, wore masks, told me what they could do, how much it costs and got to work. I couldn't be more pleased (well, show me the 2 car thieves in jail). They changed code and replaced opener. I am going to add a new keypad that they will come back to do. Both young men were knowledgeable, personable, hard workers which speaks volumes for your company.

Living in Newark, was surprised they came within 3 hours after I called. Tim T. was very pleasant, courteous, efficient and wore a mask the whole time, as opposed to other service people in recent months. He gave us several options to choose from, The only drawback was that he was such a good salesman, a simple spring replacement was upgraded to be pricier than what we planned, but it was our choice.

Precision replaced my old garage door opener in 2020 so when it didn’t open for me, I called. I told her it was no emergency, but she still scheduled it for mlk day, later that same afternoon. The wife had little incident not noticing door did not raise all the way up for whatever reason and hit with her truck. Knew we had foul weather coming the next day and needed to at least get it operable till can get replaced. Called and had instant estimated response time and showed up on time. Tyler Combs gave look over and preformed the job quickly and very satisfactory. We were able use the door in maybe less than an hour and get quote on replacement door needed before leaving. Do plan on calling back to order the new door and have you install asap. Thankyou !

Our garage door broke on a Thursday night around 8:30 PM. Since they have 24/7 service, we called and got an appointment for 10 AM-2 PM the next day. Matt arrived around 10:30 AM and had a new garage door opener installed and operating by 12:30 PM. Great product and service!!

Great customer service experience from beginning to end. I was able to get on the schedule within a very short time frame. The technician was scheduled the next day, I had an appointment time frame of 8:00 am - 10:00 am and the technician called at 7:45 am to say he'd be there in 15 minutes. Tim was great - he installed the unit and walked through all of the steps to get us set-up. Thanks again for a great experience.

Had a broken spring. Precision was able to come out within 3 hours to fix it. Other components were sold to me and replaced also. I was not aware they were needed but trusted the technician's explanation. It was expensive but with the 7 year warranty, I should be worry free.

My experience with Precision Door has been fantastic. They repaired broken torsion springs in December 2020. In January 2021 my garage door opener failed. The company that repaired the opener claimed that the wrong springs had been installed a year earlier. I was expecting a fight on my hands. I called Precision that day, they sent a technician, David C., within the hour, and he fully acknowledged their mistake. He was fantastic. He installed the correct springs and arranged for Precision to refund the amount I paid for the opener repair. In my wildest dreams I could not imagine a more satisfactory solution. I would recommend Precision Door Service without reservation.

After an evening call to their 24/7 service line , they were out to my house next morning. Jason was pleasant, very knowledgeable, explained what was needed and gave me 3 different options for repair. He had all the needed supplies and was done in little more than 90 min.They may be on the high end price wise for repairs done ,based on my quick research before service, {i'm om a fixed income}but the quick response and their policy on warranty made up for it. The quick service avoided stress of calling several companies and possibly not being able to get my car out of garage in an emergency. Sometimes you pay a little more for great customer service.
