The company is the BEST. They have provided us service since 2005. I recommend them on my FB and Next Door accounts and to all my friends. Our garage door is solid wood and very heavy so the springs and cable get a lot of wear. We’ve need service twice in 16 years. They come immediately if they can or always by very next day. The service repair people both times were so nice and so helpful. Service charges are reasonable.

Dmitri showed up on time to assess our garage door which is nearly 30 years old and has never had major repairs. It needed several new parts-bearings, springs, rollers. He provided us both long and short term options in a clear and concise manner. Dmitri completed the repairs in about a one hour time frame, which is how long he stated it would take. Tom came out and inspected the overall door, told me what he felt needed replaced along with the bottom seal (reason for service visit) and an estimate for each. I decided to just replace bottom seal (after my bottom seal fix only lasted ~8 months), but good to know cost of other work if needed in future. Tom was friendly and professional and got the job done in no time! great overall service and happy with the better more robust seal, and will use again in the future if needed.

Michael quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem (wobbly rollers) and also pointed out several other issues that weren’t in need of immediate attention but could wait. He replaced the rollers and the door seal. My 35 year old door is good as new!

Everting was great starting with calling to set up appointment all the way to the installation. I thought the light on our opener was staying on. The tech didn’t know anything about it. He said since it was a Craftsman he couldn’t do anything and I would have to utube it. Your techs came out before and did minor corrections on the system. I was not happy.

Daniel G. knew the door was tracking at an angle, and found excessive wear near the bearing plate. He found the manufacture dates on used system's parts and made it easy for me to choose new parts. Glad I called before the door would have broken. He listened to all I knew about the past operating quirks. The busiest door in the house is all well now!
