I have a garage door at an apartment that has intermitently had issues that the tenants were frustrated with. Precision came out and made some adjustment that seem to be solving he issue. The technician, Kayne, was so nice and showed me what to look for with the sensors. I was so happy to get someone that would come out the same day and at the beginning of the 4-hour window I was given! I would highly recommend this company!

I had a problem with the myQ app on my phone showing my garage door was off-line. I tried different things like resetting my wi-fi, uninstalling and re-installing the app, to no avail. So I called Precision Door Sales and the tech tried and he ended up telling me that I needed to call tech support because of the Wi-Fi problem. He then stayed around while I talked on the phone to tech support to make sure the problem was resolved, it was. Thanks to both your garage door tech and the tech support on the phone.

Had a garage door spring break which needed to be replaced. Kayne Sickler was the technician that arrived to perform the repairs. Kayne was awesome, he quickly assessed the situation and recommended repairs and presented options. The repair was completed within an hour and the door works so much better now. I highly recommend Precision Door to anyone needing garage door service.

Kayne came today to assist us with an urgent Garage Door issue. Earlier in the day our Garage door cable broke and other issues were discovered! Kayne was on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about our issues! He also was upfront about our issue and gave us a couple of options which we choose to just replace the door based upon the age and issues. Because the garage door broke at a time when it was critical that I get it repaired quickly- after regular business hours, of course, in retrospect I probably paid more than I should have for some elements of the 'repair' materials. Unfortunate that I did not have the luxury of doing research into need/cost of repair materials/components.

I don’t normally write reviews but after the most fabulous customer experience with Precision I had to write this one. After hours on the phone with Genie troubleshooters (several over a week), I was told I needed a new circuit board. I remembered the commercial “Precision-the name you can trust”. I called and that afternoon Kayne with Precision came to my rescue. He quickly evaluated the problem and fixed it. I did not need a new circuit board. He also instructed me on the correct lubricant to use to keep the door running smoothly and left me with the can (at no charge) to replace the WD40 I had been incorrectly told to use by the garage door installer (who was not with Precision). Kayne also took the time to make sure I knew how the remote, wall pad and outside keypad operated. Kayne provided courteous, patient and instructional service (a rarity these days)-it literally brought me to tears! THANK YOU!

I called with a concern about a squeal that I heard after closing our garage door. I was able to make an appointment fairly easy and quickly. The service tech, Kayne, was very friendly, came out and took a look and made his recommendations. Unbeknownst to him, I HATED how noisy our garage door opener had been since we built our house, you could hear it from the curb! The repairs (springs, rollers, belt, opener) were done quickly and Kayne explained all of the necessary instructions, had me demonstrate a couple of functions, and asked if we had any questions. Needless to say, we are now noise free all the way around! YAY! I've been thanking my husband for our new garage door opener for the last couple of days! ???? Thanks PDS!

Kayne called ahead and arrived on time. He was very courteous and we appreciated that he asked about wearing a mask. After inspection he gave us three options for the repair. We chose to have him refurbish the current door. He explained a double car door like ours needed two springs and we only had one. He installed two new springs, bearings, hinges, rollers, cable, drums, a new operator reinforcement bracket and adjusted the door opener stops. Afterwards he explained everything he did and showed us the operation of the door. It works like a new door! We are very pleased with Precision and especially Kayne's professional appearance and friendly demeanor. We will definitely use your services again.
