Our garage door had a broken spring and I called the original installer who quoted me a price 4x what Precision had quoted. The original installer could not fix the door today but would have someone call me tomorrow. Precision said they could send a man out today between 12:00 and 4:00 P.M. Precision's installer arrived just before Noon and left about 2: 15 P.M. Fast service, friendly installer (Jim) plus reasonable price. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service.

I booked an appointment on-line around 8am. James from Precision called at 9:04am and was at my home by 9:20am. He advised me on the issues with the door and explained several options for repair. Two words describe James’s diagnosis and repair service skills: honesty and integrity. We discussed the main reasons I was having issues with my door opening. Solved on the spot. Very good service. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I called in the morning and had a tech on-site a couple hours later. Sticker shock. It was very expensive. The electric eye (safety feature) and spring was replaced. The spring was a recommendation. I am sure a smaller shop would recommend them, just be prepared $$$$$.

Had a garage door issue about 12 noon on Friday, called Precision and received a same day appointment. James (Jordon) D arrived at approximately 2:30pm. James inspected my old opener (it failed most categories - no surprise) and gave me three replacement options without any hard sell. The installation went smoothly, James explained the operation of the new opener, he explained how to connect it to the phone app and left no debris behind. He also lubricated the door.
