When he arrived, he asked me to explain what was going on, and after letting him know what the issue was, he knew exactly what happened and got to work. Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I called this morning and we had a technician come to service our garage door a few hours later. There was an issue with the remote and wall mount and the door would not operate. It just clicked but never opened or closed. Technician arrived on time and the problem was identified and fixed. Technician explained the issue and explained the cost.

James reprogrammed our garage door opener. Other company told us that we need to replace the unit. We were charged $69 by Precision to reprogram, while other company was asking $1,200 to replace the opener (Which was not needed).
