He was extremely professional, friendly and resolved our issue within a short time frame. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who asks. After an internet search, I gave Precision a call based on the reviews I saw on their website. they were able to send a technician out on the same day and he was prompt and communicated arrival time very well. The tech, Danny, did a good job explaining why my opener wasn't performing well and after an estimate, was able to install the necessary new opener in good time.

James was very nice and courteous. At first he was confused like I was when we opened the door. Doesnt act right when its cold..Makes a lot of noise. Tends to open normally afterwards. Will have to keep an eye on it if breaks. Will call back. At least I know what to look for if it does. I appreciate him checking it out.

The cost of an opener is less than 500 but you charged me 1800 for the opener and installation. That is a rip off at every level and in hindsight I should have bought one on line and paid someone to install and could have saved a ton of money. My fault for not doing my homework but I really thought prices had gone up that much. Turns out you just overcharged and I hope you lose lots of business from this dishonest practice.

James Damron did a fantastic job. He had everything he needed to complete the repairs on his truck. He did an evaluation of the garage door, made his recommendations to me and then went about his work replacing the springs, torsion cable, rollers, cable drum and bearing plates. Very professional.

great experience. Spring broke at 11:30 AM and had a service guy at the house at the 3:30. The service tech Tom was very professional with me. Inspected the whole door and explained what exactly what needed done to make the repair. When he was done he showed me everything he replaced and everything he lubed . The door is running very smooth now. My wife even noticed how nice it opened

The installer was great, and though the current prices were a bit of a shock - our old lift master was 26 and still worked, just lost its ability to communicate to a remote or new vehicles. Would have liked a stronger motor, but happy with the product and price and the warranty. The technician analyzed the operation and found that the safety photo eyes were not working. He replaced them and the door began with. He did not adjust the height the door raises and after he left I discovered that it is too low. He also promised that I would receive a receipt for the parts & labor of this visit and a quote for a replacement door opener. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY BY EMAIL OTHER THAN THIS SURVEY.
