After having a terrible experience w/another company last week, my garage door was still unable to open, my car wasvsitting outside, the other company's tech car left 3 large oil stains on my concrete driveway, I canceled my next appointment with the other company & call Precision Garage Doors. Precision office staff could not have been nicer. They scheduled their tech Evan (Joseph) Long to come out today, Sun Feb 5, 2023. Everything was perfect, Evan got everything done. He got the "hung door" released, diagnosed the main issue to be our old garage door opener, but he also got that up working. I opted to replace the 20+ year old garage door opener & some others things that seemed ready to replace. Evan explained everything, he did not pressure me to do anything, he showed me several options to look at, I chose one of the option & he completed the work. Thank goodness I called Precision, I highly recommend this company & especially tech Evan Long. Very pleased with everything, they are a 5 star plus company.

When things happen toward the end of the day, it is nice to know that Precision will still make it out to the house to fix it! Dustin did a great job replacing the double door spring and also put up a new key pad. He answered all of my questions and gave information on what to know about openers and keypads. Well done! A little after 6am, I’m trying to leave and as they say, garage door springs don’t like the cold. I jumped online and chatted to set and appointment for approximately 10am. About 7:30 I get a call that a tech could be out around 8am. They went over the entire system and gave me 3 options. I made my selection and Jason replaced springs, bearings, rollers and bottom weatherstrip - also put the motor on a surge protector. 7yr warranty on all of this. As this was my first experience with them - can you say home run?

Listen up!! I usually don’t do these. Let me say BEST customer service and Technician experience(any trade)in a long time. John was very knowledgeable and cared about how we felt and how not to pressure us into purchasing anything. He explained the problem, and how he could fix it, but here is why it keeps happening. He walked us through and explained the why, and solutions. We have had many problems with the openers and springs breaking this was the fifth time since we built the house. We now have the proper openers and springs that should of been installed by the other guys! Not to mention extremely quiet with new technology to open and close and monitor. Thanks again John and Precision!!!

Came home from a cruise to our garage door not working. I submitted a request for a same day appointment and within a few minutes, a wonderful lady gave me a call back to confirm a time that day and to gather a little more detail on the issue. David S. gave me a call about 15min before he arrived to make sure it was still a good time to come by. That alone was a great start because most places, though they tell you they'll call before they arrive, they don't. When David showed up, he was friendly, professional and personable. He listened to what was going on with our garage door and inspected everything, not just diagnosing the problem. After explaining and showing me what was wrong with our garage door, he went above and beyond in making sure I knew what all of my options were, giving me his professional advice, being transparent with recommendations and what he has seen happen with openers like mine that was about 30yrs old. We opted to have a new opener installed, he gave me an ETA and quote and got right to work. He exceeded any expectations I could've had. He programmed our remotes, keypad, walked me through setting up the Genie app and making sure everything was working correctly, explained things to me to make sure I knew exactly how everything worked. First of all I can’t say enough about our technician that came out and fix out door. He was so professional and polite and helpful. On a second note you are very over priced ! Charging me $145.00 each for a bearing plate that you can get at home dept for $11.00 Please re-evaluate your pricing $1000 to fix a broken spring is a little high !

Great same day service. And Joseph was awesome. Our garage door was having major issues and we noticed it right after we moved in. Precision came right out same day and investigated the problems. Joe gave us options and fully explained the inner workings of our garage and lended his expertise. He was friendly and professional. This was a great experience and never tried to sell us on anything. He presented options and did great work. They also had all the parts on hand and within 2 hours our garage is quiet and safe. I could not be more grateful for this company! Jason came out very quickly after I called and discovered that the previous owner of my home installed the garage door completely wrong and the motor died! He explained the whole process to me and quickly installed a new motor, springs, keypad, belt drive garage opener and maybe more there was too much to remember! Our garage door springs broke early in the morning, and I called Precision to hopefully have someone come out that day for repair. Of course they could! Jessica was the person who took my call and she was so pleasant and professional and was able to schedule a repair visit for that same morning. Derek was the technician who came to repair our door. He was so polite and professional and was very detailed in explaining and demonstrating what the issues were with our springs and other mechanisms.
