My spring on my garage door broke on Thursday. I called the door company we have used in the past. They informed me that they had a big job out of town and couldn’t get to me until Tuesday and would call Monday to let me know when they could come. No call on Monday so at 5.30 I called presission. They were there the next day and did a great job. Thank you

After a bad experience with a 'company' recommended by a friend, I decided to do some research and find someone to service our garage door that appeared to have solid recommendations on their web site, as well as other locations/social media. Precision came out on top. Your technician was professional, helpful, and went out of his way to thoroughly check our door and openers to make sure they are all functioning correctly. He even left me a can of lubricant spray and showed me where it needs to be used in the future. When we have problems in the future, you can be certain we will be contacting your company for anything related to our garage door, AND we will be recommending you to our neighbors. David Crowe rebuilt a double and single garage door for us today. He called before arriving and we met with a friendly handshake. We discussed what I wanted from Precision Door Service. David was professional and went to work analyzing the doors. He then reviewed with me what it would take and the cost to replace the hardware and door seals. I agreed with his assessment and he went to work making the needed repairs. Upon completion he explained the Precision warranty, reviewed the invoice for each door, I paid him / Precision, and he emailed me a copy of the work done and a paid receipt. Job well done.

My entire experience was great! I was able to have someone come to repair my garage door the morning after my call, they came and gave me 3 options; Good, Better and Best. I went with the "Best" option as I didn't want a quick fix, but wanted a long term solution. I have a 7 year warranty, and the garage door is so much quieter when going up or down! I also won't worry about the garage door falling down on my cars in the garage! Thank you!!!

Beware of getting charged for unnecessary items. I did not use this company. I found one who replaced my garage door opener with the same model Precision would've used. They charged me less than half.

I have used Precision Garage Door Service before that is why I called for help. I was able to get a appointment right away. Dave and Adam showed up and they will never understand what their kindness meant to me. They both introduced themselves the minute I met them in the driveway and from then on I just can't say enough about them. They made my otherwise bad day into a good day. Next day service for a non-emergency keypad replacement. The technician (Tim) was friendly and knowledgeable and had a new keypad installed pronto. He also greased the tracks and hinges and the garage door is working better than ever. Very fair pricing and excellent customer service.

She worked with me to get an attractive door installed within my time constraints, and was very professional. Door installer, Charles F., did a beautiful job installing the door, and was also courteous, and excellent at explaining the operation of the door. They are both a credit to their company. They were able to install my new door within a week, and the entire process was a good one. I would recommend this company to others.

This morning I saw a Precision Door van across the street where I live. I walked over and talked to technician Jason Daring about getting an estimate on a new garage door. Even though Jason was busy, he took time to answer my questions, give me an estimate on a new garage door, and get me scheduled for an appointment. He was very kind, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Without him I wouldn’t have agreed to do business with your company.
