I used Precision to repair our garage door opener approximately one year ago and was very pleased with their professionalism and quality of work performed. So when we experienced some additional problems I contacted Precision to assess the problem and recommend the appropriate repairs. Unfortunately the motor, spring and peripherals all needed to be replaced. Everything was explained and all the repairs were completed quickly and professionally. Excellent job! Very happy with the results.

Great experience with a great company and organization! Our technician was Chaney, a very knowledgeable, personable, and professional individual. He displayed strong technical knowledge in assessing multiple issues with our garage door and opener and explained them in detail. He was on time and came prepared with all necessary materials, as we were ultimately in need of a new opener and replacement rollers. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Hilliard and will contact them again for all future needs!

Super sweet tech, not his fault but it costs me $270 for him to take less than 5 min to bend the sensors back into place. Never felt so cheated in my life. Got quotes for new opener and install and markup on openers is unbelievable. Quotes were between $1,100 - $1,300. Place is crazy over priced, which I don’t believe friendly customer service makes up for. After research, the average cost for unit and labor to replace a garage door opener is $250 -$750. I only need residential grade, but even with a commercial grade opener, $1,100 is steep and outside the realm of reality. I had used this company a few years ago and did not have this issue.

Awesome same day completed job. Jonathan (Swartz) was knowledgeable with what needed to be done (spring and wheels replaced). Also advised what seasonal points needed to be lubed. Advised me of similar issues in my neighborhood that were all happening around this same time. Gave me my five year warranty and can of lube. He also gave me his business card in case any issues arise.

We had to replace our old Craftsman because it was intermittent and at times completely failing. The work man, D Mason, arrived as stated at 6 PM. He revealed that the gears were severely damaged and the mother board had singed areas, overload. Working tirelessly until close to 10 PM, he completed the install, instructed me on the Genie garage door programming, and demonstrated the new system. We are extremely pleased. The entire replacement is more robust, quieter, and unbelievably smooth in function. I am kind of happy the old noisy system failed because it allowed me to replace it with this Genie system. Thank you D Mason.

Lynne Barone. Precision installed a new garage door opener and miscellaneous parts for the door in November. This past weekend the garage door was not closing --it would stop part way and then go back up. I called precision this morning at 8:00. The person on the phone was very pleasant and scheduled someone for today. The problem is now fixed. the technician was very friendly, thoroughly explained the problem and corrected it. No charge because of the warranty. This company lives up to their advertising and has earned its reputation.

Appreciate the fact they were open on holiday weekend. Scheduler was courteous and made a prompt appointment that day! No extra charge. Our garage door (two-car and pretty heavy) was in need of repair due to a broken spring. This occurred on Sunday morning, July 6. Having had excellent prior experience with Precision Garage Door at a previous residence, we called and arranged a repair visit for that same day. The technicians arrived within the specified arrival window (between 10: am and noon) and did an excellent job of making the repair and providing recommendations after inspecting all of the garage door components. The technicians were professional, courteous and focused on providing quality service. They finished the repair work timely and efficiently.
