My garage door was having issues for at least two years and my husband finally called Precision. David and Chaz came out and were very nice, friendly and helpful. David helped me understand what was wrong with the opener and the door. He quoted me for everything but made me feel like there was zero pressure to do anything. When i chose to fix the immediate problem he didn’t recommend or chastise me for only fixing the immediate problem. Gave me pointers on how to keep the door intact and told me to call if the door broke. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you

Had a garage door spring break which needed to be replaced. Kayne Sickler was the technician that arrived to perform the repairs. Kayne was awesome, he quickly assessed the situation and recommended repairs and presented options. The repair was completed within an hour and the door works so much better now. Gary was - in a word - excellent! I received complete same day service just as you advertise. I made an appointment at 8 a.m., he arrived at 10 a.m. He first walked me through all the "issues" observations with our garage door system. Then, when he gave us an estimate for repair/replace, he listed the items in order of priority to address. He said he would complete his work in 2 to 2 1/2 hours. It was 2 hours. Then, when he was done, he walked through everything he did, and asked me if I had any more questions. He kept his word on everything. And your company backed up your word in your advertising. Thank you! I would recommend Precision to anyone.

He was aware of our household having two young children and I feel he took extra steps to make sure there was no doubt as to the safety of our door operation. That means a lot! It is worth noting that the pricing was higher than I had anticipated for the work performed, but the customer service received, and the confidence in our technician more than made up for the difference in what I had anticipated in cost. Matt was a pleasure. I told him to inspect my garage door and to sync my garage door opener and the keyless pad. I wasn’t expecting my 27 year old garage door to be in dire need of new parts. Once again, Dustin knocked it out of the park! He's professional, understanding, and very knowledgeable. Precision answered late on a Monday, and by Tuesday morning, he was already at my residence. I had human interaction even on the first call. You don't see that anymore. Most use automated answering services. I highly recommend if you have any issues with your garage.

I couldn’t be happier, they gave me a 4 hour window and they were actually there an hour earlier. The problem was diagnosed quickly and I was given options on what I wanted to do. The technician was Dmitri Sierra, he was so professional and very pleasant, he treated me with respect and explained things in detail then let me choose what I wanted to do. He had the problem fixed within and hour. I appreciated Dmitri and his demeanor with me, he was so polite. And they had the parts I needed in his van.
