Our technician James, was able to explain the problem and give us several options for new garage door openers. He was very courteous and professional, and did the install within an hour. We were very satisfied with the product and definitely satisfied with his work. We have used Precision in the past and I’ve always been very satisfied. We will not hesitate to call again if we need service.

Joe was amazing ! Showed us all of of options , explained in detail what the function and life expectancy of the parts were and prices were broken down from best to “yea it will work for now “. He was very friendly and also explained how the company will work with you payment wise- which was a huge!! We will definitely recommend to anyone !

I would have given a 5, however I haven’t received a receipt for the work. Techs were on time, did excellent work. Supposed to have a warranty, but I have received no documentation to validate the installation or the purchase, or the warranty.

Scheduled a spring repair at 1:30 in the afternoon and was fixed by 6:00 p.m., I'm not sure how you can expect much more than that as a consumer! Jake J. was the technician assigned the ticket. He was outstanding! Reached out with an ETA and arrived shortly thereafter. He inspected ALL the components on the affected door. Installed the new spring and made adjustments until he was satisfied with the function of the door, opening and closing it freehand. Lubricated hinges and rollers as necessary and tested the door with the opener. Offered some advice with respect to maintenance going downrange. Communication from Precision was on point as they sent an email confirmation on the appointment once scheduled and alerted me via email that the technician would be reaching out. Best money I've spent on a repair in a long time. Highly recommend!!!

Technician was extremely professional and polite. He explained everything to me and even took time to speak with my daughter on the phone. He worked to get the cost down as low as he could. I still feel the cost was probably higher than some other companies, but a friend recommended you and I needed my door fixed. I am a fairly recent widow and learning to do these things that my husband used to do is, at times, daunting. Thank you for coming out so quickly to help.

they installed a new opener and springs several yers ago so since still under warranty, called them to check door operation. They came same day i called but I did not request that option but was nice. Did some lubrication and all is well with the door now.

Not sure how the pricing compared, but it seemed reasonable and they were out as soon as I could fit them in. Tech was in and out in under an hour. Replaced my faulty sensors and rewired my door. Nice guy and was joking along with my neighbors’ toddlers. Great experience, would use again!

I was having a problem with my garage door not opening. I called Precision and a technician was at my house within 1 hour. The technician was very professional, courteous, and explained all options. He completed the work that day. I now have a new, quiet motor which works very well. (I didn't realize how noisy the old one was)! Precision was able to come out and fix my garage the same day that I called them. Everyone I interacted with was nothing but professional and kind. They never made me feel like an idiot about the issue I was having even though on the inside I felt like my garage issue was something I should have been able to figure out on my own. They were great and I highly recommend them!

Fast, same day service, at my business. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving an estimate of over $2000 to replace my opener I was not happy, but after the tech contacted the office, I received a price of $1000 that I thought was fair enough. I would offer 5 stars, but having to play a silly pricing game turned me off!
