The tech Alex was very nice and my husband and I are very pleased with the installation of our new garage door. We had a vehicle stuck in the garage when the door broke and the technician was so kind to help get it out of the way. I would recommend Precision to everyone.

I had a positive experience with Precision Garage Door. Late on Friday night I heard a loud sound. On further investigation I noticed my torsion spring had broken and my garage door would not open. I immediately called Precision and the call center put my mind at ease and scheduled a next day appointment. My technician, Evan, called on Saturday morning to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional. Evan accessed my broken spring and as I requested my garage door opener. After a thorough inspection together we discussed three price point options and two courses of action. I was confident in my decision for a complete overhaul of a 2004 garage door system with highest quality parts. The seven year warranty on parts and labor is outstanding. In addition I am confident in my choice of Precision Garage Doors due to no additional cost for after hours, weekend, and holidays. I read numerous positive review outcomes on the website as well as information on Evan, who is actually Joseph, however uses his middle name. Evan informed me that he is assigned as my technician for life as he is familiar with my garage door system. Precision is highly rated by the Better Business Bureau and the quick response to remedy my issue was much appreciated. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for great value and professional service.

Didn’t know who to call so read a bunch of reviews and chose your company. I couldn’t have hand picked a nicer technician and felt he was very knowledgeable about his profession and products. I did have culture shock when he showed me the prices but having not gotten estimates from other companies yours might not be out of line. I have had springs replaced in the past and the price was nothing like this. Again I can’t say enough good things about the technician but if I every need repairs again I will get at least 3 other estimates to see if yours are in line with others.

Adam was very professional and called to say when he would arrive. This was an old garage door opener but he said looked new inside. He figured out that it was probably the older springs. The springs were on the truck and he gave me a price and it was less then what I expected. Now the garage door works great !

Precision called me to let me know that my technician, Jarrett, was running behind on another job and asked if it would be an inconvenience to have him come later than my scheduled appointment time. I had no plans so agreed to the new time. Jarrett was so kind and courteous. Upon arrival he explained what he was going to do. It was a big job and God Bless Him! He worked well into the night in order to complete the job. I even told him he could come back and finish another time and he said “no ma’am…. I signed up for this”. From the moment I contacted Precision until the new door when down, everyone was very professional and attentive. I contacted 5 companies and Precision was the only company who sent someone out to my house. The others offered quotes over the phone. I highly recommend Precision and would use them again in a heartbeat!

If you need of a new garage door or repair of existing door, I highly recommend Precision Door! I had a new garage door installed about one year ago. There were no high pressure sales techniques, they didn't try to upsell me, and the cost was extremely competitive. Yesterday, my son crashed into the bottom of the overhead door. We immediately called Precision and their tech arrived around 9:00 AM (the next day) and was able to repair the door. The sales force and technicians are highly trained professionals and I will surely contact them for future services. Thank you, Megan and Ead, you're a great team.

Very pleased with the repair on my door. Tom was able to arrive on time and explained my options to fix my door and it works as good as a new door. He did.the job and was very friendly in explaining what maintenance i need to do. Price was a little higher than i expected but senior discount did help some and as my Mom always said you get what you pay for. I would recommend Precision to my friends and family

This is a great company to work with. From setting up the appointment to evaluating the entire mechanics of the door to installation it was a great experience. I have an order for door from the 1970s original to the house. Tim was able to point out the little things that kept my door from acting the way it should and recommended the proper springs to help out. Now I have a great door with a quieter operation and it was installed professionally and quickly. I’d recommend Tim to anybody.
