Service was great -- did not get the email on confirmation of the appointment until after the Tech was at our place, therefore did not get the benefit of the coupon for new garage opener or the senior discount -- is it possible to get this now as a credit on the credit card charge?

We're terribly sorry no one in the office was able to contact you and let you know our technician was running behind schedule.
