I highly recommend Precision for any garage door service needs. Our technician, Gregg was on-time, quickly assessed the problem we were having with our door and made the necessary adjustments to bring it back into good operating order, all within about 30 min. He was very friendly and provided me with some maintenance tips to follow to keep the door in operating order. He also, at my request provided me with some options to consider when it becomes time to look at actually replacing the door. At no time did he try to sell me on a new door or opener. I will use Precision again the next time we need service or when it is time to replace our door or opener.

24/7 work, good add in phone book evening hours. had unhooked cable on right side of garage door. ended up having to change torsion spring. Service tech, jason, came out, perused situation, and determined that the torsion spring was going bad. changed the spring and explained what was going on while he was doing it. very capable, and informative. will reccomend if needed!!!!!

I was satisfied to get a prompt repair on a weekend. The technician was professional and good at his work. My only minor concern is that the door misses a complete closing by about an inch and hope that this could be adjusted. I was surprised that the cost of the spring replacement was as much as the original whole door installation, but that lies with me for not shopping around more.

First off love the email notification of the appointment with the pictures of the technician that would be servicing my home. That was assuring because I knew I'd be home alone. Tim was wonderful in guiding us through all the options avaiable. I appreciatet that we could go to Sears and buy the entire unit and you'd still install it for us next week. That is another plus for lots of reasons. I know a lot of people in Bexley who are in need of garage service. Most of construction was done a long time ago on our homes, so I will be telling them about Precision!
