We purchased a lifetime spring warranty from Precision back in 2007 and when the spring broke, Precision came out and replaced the spring for a service charge only. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Our serviceman Eric arrived at the house very early in the 2 hour window that I was given. He explained how he evaluates the garage door and any potential problems that he could run into. He was very precise and accurate in his evaluation and was spot on in his estimate of what the cost would be.
